DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! Everything was all good and great walking in. The staff were friendly and welcoming (of course because they want you to buy a car from them). The moment you leave, so does the warm friendly attitudes, The ladies in the office are rude. The only friendly people are the service workers! My engine blew in November, and i had just got the car in September. Fortunately, they only made me pay a small fee, and put a "NEW" engine in my car. But i still have problems with my car. Its JUNK!!!! If you are going to be late on payments, like i have been due to a job change and now i get paid the opposite weeks my car payment is due. They dont care, they just threaten to turn your car off. I wouldnt recommend this place. even if it is your last resort. I am not the only person i know with problems with this car place. DO NOT GO.

The Worst place to buy a car. The customer service there is really bad, they treat people there with no respect the account office manger Deion is thee worst person ever. I paid my car off over two years ago and still dont have my title. On my last payment I was past do a few days and she repoed my car, the tow truck that took it from my house draged it the wrong way and it charge me over 400 dollars in repairs. Now after two years She still has not remove the lein on my car. When I Asked to speck to her boss she didnt want to put him on. I will use all my power to let people know do not shop there ever

Such a horrible place to buy a car. Unless you want to Finance $2000 vehicle for $10,000 aND it end up being a garbage car with the same monthly payment as a BMW. I needed a car bad and made the mistake of getting a car through this place. Everything started going wrong with the car after only putting 4,000 miles on it, which seems to be a trend with their cars. I decided to stop paying for the garbage car and gave it back but I did by pass the gps shut off switch till I bought another vehicle from a real dealership. They just left me a message saying I need to quit trash talking the company.

STAY AWAY FROM CREDIT MAX!! Worlds worst service dept.!!! They have went through about 4 different service managers since I have bought my vehicle in June 07.....it has almost been a year & my vehicle that was promised so many times to be fixed...still has not been fixed although promised every time!! The manager will hide from you & refuse to return your phone calls!! The office staff are very unprofessional & very rude!! TRUST ME....YOU ARE BETTER OFF WALKING as that is exactly what you will have to do anyways if you buy here!!! WORLDS WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!

Credit max cars at first appear to be functioning properly but as soon as you leave the lot it breaks down. I have had to come back twice to get repairs done in 30 days. Then on top of that they will harass you and any of your friends abd family if a payment is not recieved before the day it was due. The staff is only friendly to make a sell then it fades quickly. Just wait until you need a repair done or have a question, you get attitudes and unappreciation. Just a word of caution Please dont make the same mistake I did.

Do not buy from them, they give a 6 mos. or 6000 mile warranty and you better believe your car will run and no problems for that time. But as soon as that time is up you will have problems and no one to help. My Dodge Intrepid (2004) is having transmission problems after only having it for 8 months. Ridiculous . Think twice . They get you caught up in the hype of you buying a car and bank on desperate people for their business. They are crooks !! Stay clear of Credit Max Auto of Elyria or any other location!!

I used to love calling in and making a payment, as weird as that sounds. They had the nicest lady that would know who I was when calling and was very joyful. Now the lady that takes the payment calls sounds so grouchy and rude. She goes super fast and is very "come on and hurry up". Everything else has been great!. The service center takes care of issues and buying the car was an easy and wonderful process! I highly recommend...just maybe make a payment in person to avoid and very rude over the phone payment

Worst customer service Ive ever delt with in my life. The sales and service operate as entirely separate entities. Outside of the two "managers" on site, there is no one else to deal with period. Needless to say my issues are far from resolved. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere unless you plan on having the vehicle very very short term. Not reputable! Never missed a payment or otherwise and my vehicle has left me stranded MANY times and now is having transmission issues amongst other major issues!

Bad credit is an understatement my credit is horrible never did I think I was going to get approval for a vehicle I called and talked to peggy she went above and beyond to get me here even offered to pick me up I came in with my doubts but gave it a shot I GOT THE CAR!!!!!! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and literally did everything possible to get me driving today I walked in and drove out A+++++

Cars are overly priced. My final cost on a 2004 Malibu is $17,000! There is NO leeway for a late payment in the event of a financial emergency. If payment is not made on due date, they will shut the car down so it cant be driven. I will definitely find anothet dealer when I get another car. Highly deter anyone frim purchasing a car from Credit Max.

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and have been very satisfied. m Both cars I purchased were very good cars and never gave me any problems just regular maintenance. The staff there has been very good and nice every time I dealt with them. I would recommend this dealership and I think the finance company staff has been great.

My experience was AWESOME!! My brother referred me and I came in not expecting to get a car, and I am driving today!! Jake and Aaron were great, they made sure to get me payments I can afford, and let me test drive what I was interested in with no pressure towards anything else! Dont get a car threw this place I did and make that mistake and had nothing but issues with car had to replace something like every other week. Plus my floor boards rusted out with in a year because they covered it up when I bought it so I wouldnt see it I would not go here or recommend this place to anyone!!!

I love my car have had it almost 2 year and it still runs like the day I bought it ! Jeremy and john are amazing to working with and I love the ladies that take my payments there always so nice all in all I love that place !!!!! I have 5 others I know that have bought car from there and they love them !!!!!
