I wouldnt purchase a bottle of water from this place if I was walking through a desert and Elyia Ford, Nick Abraham Ford were the only thing in sight. I purchased a vehicle from them, put less than 100 miles on the car in two weeks, and 17 engine trouble codes appeared shortly after purchasing, they do not want to make any repairs, help me out in any way. Do not purchase from this dealership. The sales people are bad, service is bad, Trust me keep shopping do not make the same mistake I did. Before I even purchased the POS vehicle from them they had to give me a different salesman because the first one was so rude I would not work with him, that should have been a sign right there but they were the only person (dealer or private seller) that had the model car I was looking for. They tell you it has a 3 month 3,000 mile warranty , but it only covers if the engine or transmission goes. Nothing electronic- no sensors. They hide trouble codes on bad cars with their service department, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A MECHANIC CHECK IT THOROUGHLY IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!!!

I have been having my vehicles serviced here for at least 10 years. My first experience was me calling for a second opinion on a $700 repair estimate. It turned out that my Windstar only needed a repair that cost $250. Elyria Ford fixed the van the same day. That was at least 10 years ago. The Windstar has long been gone, but I still take my three non-Ford vehicles to Elyria Ford for all service work - including tires. Brian Cales was my service advisor that was honest about my Windstar, and he is still my service advisor. The entire gang at the Elyria Ford service department is top notch. If you are looking for quality, honesty, and a fair price for your vehicle service needs call Elyria Ford and ask for Brian!

The service culture at Elyria Ford never ceases to amaze me. We noticed a problem with our car late on Saturday prior to a week with a holiday. I called Monday morning and was told they would work me in the schedule but due to the short work-week they were running close to a two-hour wait just for oil changes. So I dropped off my car around 11 am expecting it to be there until after the holiday, Much to my surprise, they called that afternoon with the car repaired and ready to be picked up. As busy as they were, they got to my repairs and were also very pleasant and friendly. We really enjoy working with Nick Abraham Elyria Ford! They are always respectful, open, honest and efficient!

I was not satisfy at all I came there for a car was approved for a loan and they let me drive off the lot with the car then two days later they take the car back after I was told everything was good and I had the car I spent 2 hours in there just for them to tell me they had to take the car back I feel like I was screw over In the whole thing and I will be taking legal action I dont think it was right that they let me drive off the lot with the car and have for two days then I get a call to come in for proof of income after two days of having the car they shouldnt of let me drive off the lot Intel they had all my paper work take care of

Normally happy with service. But disappointed with request to have car hood repaired because the paint is bubbled and the black paint is chipping away. Explorer is 2013, and this should not be happening. Too expensive to pay for these cars and then have it already seeing paint chipping away. Ford surely wouldnt like me to drive around and have people think Ford doesnt make quality vehicles. Pretty poor PR, and poor quality workmanship. They have been in business too many years not to know how to better manufacturer a vehicle. Disappointed that I have to pay to have it fixed. I have purchased/owned many Ford vehicles in the past.

Recently had an oil change and service performed on our 2014 Ford Escape. Asked service man to change the right front turn signal and I understand that the technicians work on a flat rate. I was told they would have to remove the front bumper to change the bulb. Strange as it may seem the Owens manual states to remove front wheel then remove screws on fender well and pull back to expose turn signal bulb. I guess that job didnt pay enough flat rate to be worth doing that service. I cant even change the tire because the factory lug wrench doesnt fit the lug nuts. Great service

I had them look at my A/C, but when I went to pick it up they never fixed the leak in my lines. They said they couldnt find it the leak and replaced the coolant and charged me. Then they proceeded to tell me if it blows warm air again come in and we can try and find the leak again. Worst service I have ever seen. Just put a patch on it for me and charged me without fixing the real issue. I have a warranty on the car for a reason. Dont patch it and charge double the amount for something simple I can do at home.

These guys go the extra mile. Since there was a problem with the radio that only showed up occasionally, they kept the vehicle for a few days when I was out of town. They kept trying to make the issue repeat itself. Unfortunately, the computer gremlins did not show up but the service team kept at it. They even had enough thought to bring the vehicle in after it had snowed so that I would not have to clean the snow off after being out of town. Great group of guys taking care of the vehicles.

The staff, which includes Kyle, Todd, Brian, Brandon, Ed, and manager Chad Whitacre are exceptional. They possess an urgent calm, which is so rare in other dealership service centers. They are quick to evaluate and communicate options and resolutions for every issue, and their personal follow up to the customers satisfaction is unparalleled. I cannot imagine going to any other dealership for purchases and/or service for my familys vehicles.

I have purchase four vehicles from them through the years. I called for a price on a vehicle and was treated very badly from the sales person. The guy was very ignorant/rude when assuming my knowledge of what I wanted and the price I was looking for. I would call and complain, but I doubt it would change anything. My expectations are very low now. I will never buy anything from this place again.

Always have to wait too long for an oil change. I prepaid for them when I bought my car. I wont do this again. Its not worth the wait. The car wash was down last oil change. They didnt even tell my husband why the car wasnt washed. Nice perk when you get car serviced. I called and Todd explained it was down and said it was up now. Bring it back. Its not like we live around the corner.

They were very understanding of having a sunroof wedged in the open position during inclement weather, and were very accommodating, even coming up with a loaner at the last minute since I have a considerable drive to get there. Other dealerships have been greatly less so...I will only take my car to Nick Abrahams Ford for repairs.
