I am so absolutely disgusted by this place. My husband had a custom made engagement ring made for me this spring. The manager of the store told my husband he would get a $1000 discount for having it made or whatever(I obviously wasnt there to hear this conversation directly). They screwed up his order 3 times, then the manager got pissy with him because he said he couldnt come in within the week to deal with the discount because we were out of town taking care of his sick mother(who died a month later). Guy said fine, come in when you get back. We went in and guy said he was going to do the discount. We get a call a couple months later saying we were late on payments and the guy never gave him the discount. He set up automatic payments with them 4 times! They have been calling saying we are late. WELL last week my husband got a call saying we were $1000 behind in payments. so he of course made the payment and told them he set up auto pay multiple times and they told him that he didnt. I went to to check my bank account because I swore that I have seen their name on my statement...They HAVE been taking our payments!!! AND THEY ARE SAYING WE ARENT PAYING! I am so absolutely disgusted and mad at this horrible company! What a scam these people are. I wish we would have went with a totally different company from the start.

Went here because I feel in love with a ring for my mom. It was one of the open hearts collection. The first time I walked in the store all of the associates ignored me. So I walked away to another jewelry store. After not finding anything I returned to Kays because my heart was set on this ring. A female sale associate working around 3pm on 5/5/2015 greeted me with a rough "you need help?" Being younger and looking physically younger than I am, I am used to people treating me like I dont deserve their help. However, this really bothered me because Ive been so in love with this ring for my mom. After quick conversation, I could tell the lady was not interested, we determined that the ring I wanted was not an option because it didnt come in yellow gold. The lady asked me my price range and I told her and she literally scoffed at me, stating "You wont get anything in that price range." I was shocked at the way she said it and how she was looking at me. The way I was treated there was horrible and I will be sure to warn my friends (who are young like me) not to go to a place that age discriminates.

I went there to have my white gold ring resealed with Rhohedron (I dont remember the specific name, but I realize that white gold needs it now and then). After having it back only a week, the top setting which has never chipped or broken after 10 years simply "fell off". I took it back to them and asked them if they could fix it since they had just done work on it. They replied that they would send it to the studio to find out how much. They said it had NOTHING to do with the work that they had JUST done. After a week I checked back and they wanted $240 dollars to fix it. I said I didnt want to pay that and they said that they would send it back. Another week goes by and the ring still hasnt gotten back from the jeweler. I check back again and AGAIN request that they send the ring back to me. That was a week ago and now I find that the only way I can get ahold of the store is to go in and talk to them because their number is disconnected. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

Disappointed beyond all means. Ive had my wedding band for 6 years, went it to have it fixed because it is under warranty when I have it inspected every 6 months. I had it inspected 2 weeks prior to a diamond falling out. When she went to look under the scope she says looks like its been gauged. I said, well thats impossible. She proceeded with its wear and tear. She basically was blaming me for the problem. We were ignored initially when me and my girls walked in. When I went to give her my info she couldnt find me in the system and yet again proceeded to make me feel as though it was my fault. She said, did you buy it here? I said yes we bought it here. She still couldnt find us in the system....totally ridiculous experience!! She was rude and insensitive! I hate that I have to keep going back to get it inspected. If I could give minus scores totally would! Management needs to address these issues at this location! Uncalled for and unnecessary!

My husband and I went in to send my engagement ring in to be fixed for a loose stone. While we did have to wait a few minutes for an associate to be free (there were other customers) we didnt mind waiting our turn. Once an associate was free they immediately helped us and took the time to explain all of our options. They easily answered how much it would cost and when exactly we could expect the ring to be back. They were all extremely helpful. And as an added bonus we received a hand written thank you note from them thanking us for purchasing the warranty plan and for trusting them to repair our ring. Definitely a good experience and will be going back to them for any future care.

I brought in my watch to be fixed and told the woman I wanted it fixed completely (except the band). She filled out a form and said, "we will send it in for an estimate, please sign here" so I did. The estimate came back at $144 when I paid $150 for it but I approved it. I went in to pick it up and it was still broke. Then never fixed the interior of it because she didnt fill out the form correctly. They wont fix the rest for free, they wont give me my money back, nor give me store credit. NEVER SHOP HERE! THEY ARE CROOKS! I consider that stealing $144 from me.

Terrible experience. I went in to look for an engagement ring and the salesman kept trying to sell me a ring that was way out of my budget, and also tried to sell me additional items that I didnt want. Then, this same salesman runs my credit to find out if I was qualified for financing and the next thing I know I get a credit card in the mail. Now I have to take care of cancelling a card I didnt even want! Go to Rogers and Hollands that is located across the hall in the East Towne Mall if you want a good experience.

I have been using Kays for over a year now. They are great! I chose to go to the Eastside location for an engagement ring/ bridal combo. I really liked their selection and really enjoyed working with the staff. I have been back for every holiday, birthday and special occasion since then. Thank you Kays

Not happy with the service I have had. Didnt get called back when they tell you that they will call right back .they have had my ring for 21 days . I was told i would get it back in 13 days .still havent gotten back
