Been doing business with this estalishment for 30 years , and my parents prior to my husband and self. So, I was extremly surprised when my great grandmothers ring was ruined during a job I requested. The specific instruction was to not do the job if they thought it would compromise the integrity. When it returned no notification of what occurred was told to us, and the full price was paid. Upon inspection the ring is ruined, I called back to speak to jeweler with only "I made a mistake" I then requested the owner, to only be told "What do you want me to do, cut my wrists and bleed for you?" Buyer beware.

All of the staff at Sheltons are helpful and kind and wonderful to work with. I was lucky enough to win a diamond at their Black Friday giveaway and have really enjoyed working with them to set that stone into my beautiful engagement ring, which was carefully customized at Sheltons. Ive previously bought several beautiful and dependable pieces from them and will also be purchasing our weddings bands from them, as well. I love visiting the store and they will have my business for years to come.

Swanky but subdued. I really love to browse here. Even my meager budget can pull in original pieces- no prefabricated in a factory. Jewelry made by jewellers. This is my go to place on Valentines. Since I started browsing here, I have started really *listening* when my wife talks about things she finds beautiful. Its in case I find something here to, sort of, bridge it to our relationship. You have to try this place out.

Great customer service. My ring was too big and i asked if they could put a ring guard on , they looked at it and within three minutes it was done. They also cleaned my ring as well as wifes ring. I paid $8. More than reasonable. Definitely recommend.
