Sales person was rude, dismissive, and put the only blemish on my otherwise amazing engagement experience. I later called back to speak with the manager (or possibly owner?) and she was just as condescending and rude as the person at the counter. Shame too, as theyre right down the street from me. Had they conducted themselves better in this instance they wouldve earned themselves a life-long customer with disposable income who loves to buy jewelry for his soon-to-be wife. I had much better experience with David Anthony Jewelry on Rt. 30 and Schoolhouse with the same exact situation who will be taking my money from now on for many many years. I encourage others to go to them as well!
