My Lady and I went to the Gonzales store,a co-worker had told her about about the car dealer.First red flag,they took her money and then showed her the car she had bought, a Cadillac SUV.I pointed out the oil leak and was told it was water they had just washed it for her- Red flag #2.Took it to Auto Zone to have it checked for DTC,s and and a code for the electronic Valve control circuit was active with several counts in its history- Flag.After driving a couple of days she complained that the car would pull to the right,I did a test drive and the same thing happened-Flag.Told her it was a piece of junk.Talked to the dealer and was told we had to get it to them on our own so they could check it out.I called a Wrecker and got it there,the slick tongue salesman convinced her that there were no problem after they drove it and it did not pull a that time.She drove another day and it started pulling again,I called them and they said the purchase was AS IS and they would not do anything,I told them that the state has a 30 day Lemon law and we will be in contact with our Lawyer. Next day they called and said to bring it in and they would give her a different car.They did not like my attitude,I said get your money and go shopping and they asked me to leave,Several hours later she picks me up in another Junk Cadillac,the right rear window motor and assembly was missing and there was a piece of wood holding the window up,the dash come apart on the drivers side and would hang with the wiring exposed. Put it in the shop to get fan and wipers working and a second time for Oil leaks.

I went to the lot in Gonzales , I gave all my info and was told they would work on a deal . I had to call them to find out how it was going . I would never get an answer from them . I am not saying I have the best credit score but they told me that they could help me. For 3 days I called them then I just gave up cause I felt like they just was pulling my strings . I would not recommend this place at all. The finance manager Thomas is VERY VERY rude to customers and lies to customers.

DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THOSE PEOPLE. THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT THEN IT ALL CHANGES... LIKE OR YOU FOR REAL!!
