They were not very easy to deal with i was asking about a 2006 dodge 1ton diesel truck. Wouldnt even let me drive it took my truck to look at it came back 5 mins later and said they give me 6000 for my truck. Mind you I showed him the nada on my truck and rough trade in was 10 grand average was 11500 clean was 12800 and clean retail was 15100. The dodge was completely repainted the frame had cheap undercoating sprayed on it the box was beat to crap. Not just putting down there truck mine does. Need cab corners but what 05 chevy in Iowa doesnt. They said the motor was just overhauled I didnt believe it they didnt ask me if I wanted to see the papers on the rebuild. Probably just painted the motor who knows. Anyways I strongly recommend that you do not want to deal with them. On top of all that the 06 chevy silverado sitting next to the dodge said it was rust free southern truck. Ha box had rust in it bondo in the quarter panels and rust starting on cab corners. I WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THE INCONSIDERATE UN PROFESSIONALS OF KINION AUTO SALES AGAIN.

I purchased a truck from this dealership to only have it less then two weeks when the fuel pump and injectors went out on it. At time of purchase I asked if it had been fully serviced what I got was it is ready to go. This is a diesel truck I know the importance of making sure the filters are all clean and how important maintenance is on a diesel. Less then two weeks ownership of the truck the fuel pump and injectors go out on the truck. I called the dealership salesman he told me I bought it as is and only offer to help with $250.00 for fuel pump injectors and labor it is well over $4000.00. Not a good experience at all. If the salesman would have been more willing to at least budge I would be able to give a better rating. I grew up in the automotive industry my father sold cars for 40 years my brother sells car over 30 years I sold cars for 4 years. None of us would have treated a customer like I was. Customers are your bread and butter is what I was always told. I have my own business and have never treated anyone the way I have been treated

My experience was terrible with Kinion auto. I live 10 hours away and called on a pickup that seemed to be in perfect condition. I was told everything was perfect on the pickup and it was ready to go. So I made the mistake in wiring the money and was going to get it shipped to me. Then decided to drive down and get it. I got halfway home and realized it was leaking tranny fluid so bad I needed to go to a shop. Turns out the main seal between the engine and tranny was shot. Along with the ball joints. Door pins. Out of alignment. And god knows what else. I called and asked if I could return it. As in no warranty no returns is what I was told. So I spent 21 thousand on a pickup I cant drive. I recommend avoiding Kinion auto at all costs. If not. Good luck!

My son purchased a truck from them, they raved about what a great truck it was. They said it had just been gone over by their mechanic, oil change etc. After he brought it home my son took it to our mechanic and they said that the oil was full of metal shavings and that this truck was driven extremely hard and will need a new motor soon. After spending $16000 on the truck, I called them to tell them our findings and that they had lied to us. He denied everything he had said to us, lied about where the truck came from. The truck continued to have new problems almost weekly, overheating and losing power, stranding him along side the road, etc. I would not recommend buying anything from this place, you will never know if they are being truthful.

I purchased a boat from Kinion. The lower drive failed on the boat in the first hour of owning it, the shift cable wasnt pulling the drive completely into gear and as a result the gears suffered catistrophic failure. They (Adam Kinion) had just performed work on the motor and Im positive they were aware that the problem existed. I had to spend over $3,000 in repairs and received no participation from these guys whatsoever. Its as is! Thats real nice! you can sell a total piece of crap that fails in its first use! I assure you that Ill tell everyone I can about this experience!

Ive bought a couple of vehicles from them.. actually 3 different vehicles. A 2002 1500 ram with a strong running rebuilt motor, a 2004 dodge cummins dually, and a 2000 tahoe for my gf. Nothin but usual maintenance been done since ive purchased these vehicles... probably gonna buy my next pick up from them as well. They have some of the best selections in iowa for trucks. From lifted to stock to heavy work horses you name they got it!! And if your into classic hotrods i suggest you check out their collection of those they have for sale.

I traded my old truck to Kinion Auto Sales a couple weeks ago. They offered me WAY more than other "big" dealerships for it on trade. I bought my current truck from them and there has been no issues with it whatsoever. They have quality trucks, great prices (lower than book value) and treat you like a real person. They care about their customers. I would definitely use them again and recommend others to give them a chance to earn your business. Jeff, the sales guy, is a straight shooter.

I was looking at a vehicle and drove to Clarence (1 hour from me) to look at it and it wouldnt start. I ended up leaving with the premise they contact me when it runs. After multiple phone calls to them, some not returned, they called to tell me they sold it. They completely made me run around and wasnt truthful about the vehicle history. Dont go here!

I test drove a truck and a week or so later went in to see if I could get financed. Got financed and drove the truck home the very same day. The truck was very clean and the people there are insanely nice and very helpful. My first buy from a dealership and they made it hassle-free. Highly recommend Kinion Auto.
