Home delivery dept is totally out of control. You pay 10.00 for the shoppers and when mistakes are made it is the customer that gets inconvienced. The mistakes are almost every week. Delivery charge is 7.95 which does not include a tip. Too many shoppers that dont give a darn about what they throw in your cart, it is not their bill. When coupons are handed in you have to wait for the next time you order from home delivery and then they dont deduct your credit you call and they tell you it will be applied on your next he order. Really! Today they shoved in 5.2 lbs of pork chops charged me for that weight when I clearly ordered 3 lbs. was told to send the check with no amount and they woul fill it in! Really! This morning I called and was told there was no record of my order or a delivery scheduled and there was. They somehow found it in the system. The reason I called was because I did not remember ordering kitchen tall bags so I asked them to please put that on my order they were on sale 45 bags for 3.99 SR brand they sent me 2 when I ordered 1 box of 45. My bing cherries were 1lb for 2.99. I ordered 1 lb was charged 6.99 . Did not realize this until now when I went over my bill. I order every week I spend a lot On the things I need. I also pay 17.95 cents plus my top to my driver. I am sick of the mistakes being made at my expense and I tired of having to keep ordering for their mistakes to be credited to me. Please investigate my order and get back to me. I do not want to speak to anyone from that department I want seine from Corporate to take care of this. Thank You. Rosemarie Fiore I want to make it clear I deducted the pork chops from amount due and sent them back with My driver. I was told to send the entire order back. I did not do that because how much inconvienced should a weekly customer have. I went to Paying by check to have ore control with all of their mistakes on my bills being charged week after week on my paypal act. The credits should have been credited to my account just as quickly as they took my money on my debit card. I look forward to hearing from you.

I bought a rotisserie chicken on Monday night the last one they had and I got home to cut it open and it was raw so I called and they told me to bring the sticker and my recipet to get another. so I did the next day I got a fresh one rite out of the oven and I got home to cut it open and its was still raw so I called and this time the manager told me to bring it back so he can see it. so I drive back to the store and showed him and he called the hot food department manager and to show them. do you believe the cook try to tell me its not raw its the moisture. I said excuse me its slimy inside and still raw and I told them im not going to feed this to my kids. and they told me { the manager and cook} the chickens come out at a certain temperature I said ok then your not getting the rite temperture then because u can see it raw and they still try to tell me it wasnt so I told them to go ahead and take a bite of that one part of the chicken if its not and guess what they wouldnt I got my money back and went to stop and shop and bout one with no problem its a shame how they handled it when it has to involve my kids in it not very professional at all and im upset how it was handled

Theres now an entire full-size aisle dedicated to organic/natural foods...and its not shoved off to the side of the store anymore. (Its aisle 6.) As of this review, theyre finishing renovations and I was told by an employee that products are in the general vicinity of the location/section placement where they will remain, but that they may tweak the placement of products a bit within those same sections. Was sad to no longer see Burts Bees products or the Natures Gate shampoos/conditioners. Hoping theyre just temporarily out of stock because of the renovation. Toms of Maine toothpastes are now in the same aisle as other toothpastes (naturals going mainstream!). Parts of the store were taped off/inaccessible because of work being done on the roof(?); however, I look forward to going back and discovering more of the changes.

Probably the busiest grocery store that I have ever been too. They store layout is very different from other Shop Rites in the area. And as of this writing (April 2017) they are in the midst of a remodel. With that said the staff at this store is very friendly and knowledgeable. In spite of the busyness of the location they are very good of having an adequate amount of cashiers to move the lines. Parking can be tricky. Best bet to find a good spot is go there during off hours, like after 7pm or early mornings on the weekends.

No one ever answers the phone in this store. Almost everytime I go I overhear one employee talking bad about another employee. There is always a group of teenagers hanging out in a bunch talking inappropriately in the evenings while the older workers ring register and yet somehow its always one of these teenagers who has the key?!?!?! The shop from home workers will run you over with their oversize carts always making their shopping more important then yours.

Fairly accessible location. Entrance is on the corner so the parking lot located out front is kind of deceptive. They were doing renovation when I was there so it wasnt exactly aesthetically pleasing which isnt super critical for a grocery store. The back half of their store smells very strongly of fish even when everything is put away for the night (I dont know if this speaks to its freshness or not). I could find most of what I was looking for though.

Love this store open 7x25! Yes... 25 hours/day... because they open an hour earlier. Seriously though... very convenient... love organic and healthy choices inventory... love their in store mobile scanner app... love the registered dietician on staff, MaryRose Agel - shes amazingly knowledgeable, friendly and shares her expertise on all our nutritional needs. All the staff is always very helpful.

The best ShopRite in the area, maybe because it is one of their "national" stores. They have free childcare for kids ages 3 and up, which is great. The kids make crafts and watch movies while you shop. Good selection of everything else I could possibly need. My favorite ShopRite by far, and I have one closer to my house but I choose to go to this one most times.

Nicest Shop Rite Ive seen so far. Huge selection with many items I couldnt find elsewhere. The employees were super helpful too. Seemed liked every time I got confused about where to find a item (once again, huge store) there was an associate right there offering help. So happy this is now my local grocery store!
