I could not speak more highly of National Appliance Warehouse or our salesman Scott Hutchinson! I researched multiple brands of appliances for our kitchen renovation. I looked at Best Buy, HHGregg, Sears, Hawkins and Sons, and various online retailers before I decided to check out National Appliance (my mom was the first to tell me about them!). Ultimately we purchased all our appliances (Bosch fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave and trim kit, double oven, pop up hood) from National Appliance and I could not be happier with my decision. Heres why: 1) They negotiate with Bosch to get the best prices. These items are not used or refurbished but when customers order incorrect appliances, as an authorized dealer, National Appliance orders from Bosch directly and passes through the savings. They offer the most discounts on high-end appliances (depends on supply) and the fridge I was looking at with other retailers cost me 40% less here! 2) Scott Hutchinson. Great to work with, I came into the store on a whim Friday night at 7:55pm, he stayed late (they close at 8pm) just so he could write down the list of appliances I was interested in. He followed up with me the next day with a list of appliances he could obtain on discount directly from Bosch. I scheduled time with him the week after to finalize appliances I couldnt get on discount and work through the rebates. Fantastic guy, informative, and he made the purchasing experience a good one especially since I had a million questions along the way. 3) Rebates. The more money we spend, the more we save! Although we dropped a pretty penny for these appliances, Scott made sure we received all our rebates which amounted to over $1200. With the high cost of kitchen renovations, every dollar counts. Plus, our rebates were processed so quickly, I received them three weeks later. If only our cabinet maker was this efficient. 4) Flexibility. Since we went custom with the cabinet maker, Scott let us store all of our appliances in his warehouse for almost 5 months. Incredible.The delivery guys who dropped off the appliances were very professional as well. 5) This is really an extension of 4) but when we finally installed our appliances (8 months later, yikes), we realized the microwave trim kit ordered was the incorrect size. Scott ordered me a new replacement to exchange hassle-free. These guys really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place (dont let the dinky shopping center its located in sway you). Fantastic customer service and a shopping experience from the planning, ordering, delivery, and follow-up phases. Next time youre shopping for appliances, go here and ask for Scott!

My mom and I went to National Appliance Warehouse to purchase a new fridge and gas stove because we had purchased mattresses there before and had great service. We had purchased the fudge and stove two weeks before from a bigger store that we used with no problems before only this time we had a horrific experience. I was so discouraged with the process by the time we went to National Warehouse that I didnt even want to look. Well Scott made the experience very comfortable and painless. He showed us a few gas stoves and a few refrigerators. We picked what we wanted and went with the fridge with more cubic feet. When the delivery day came, they delivered early/ on time and they were very careful and considerate that my mother was elderly. They made sure the fridge door didnt swing all the way open and they made sure everything was working properly before they left. After having the items in my home I was able to see not only did we pay less for the items at National Appliance Warehouse, but we received better items from them than the bigger chain store. We are so happy with the quality of items and the quality of service we received, we plan on doing any other appliance or mattress shopping here in the future. We thank you Scott and Mark for treating us like family and you will always be considered part of ours.

The best price of anywhere I looked, including every big-box store still in business, with the added bonus that they actually had the model I wanted, when I needed it instead of making me to wait 7-10 days for it. Excellent customer service. They have opened box items at a very substantial discount over full retail, and made the transaction as painless as possible. In the world today, about the only vote we really get that matters is the one we make with our wallets, in choosing where to spend our hard earned money. Its great to see a locally owned and operated retailer that delivers exceptional service while staying price competitive with the big box stores. I will be buying all my appliances from here from now on, and urge all my friends to do the same.

My experience with NAW was average at best. Jay, my salesperson seemed to be annoyed and frustrated with my goal as the consumer. He of course was pushing the most expensive product line that he could think to put out there. I kept reminding him that I was on a budget. When I shared what another competitor was willing to do for me he immediately bad-mouthed the competitor....not good. We had an install problem and he was very rude and flippant with me. Today, I just called about arrange for service on my brand new SAMSUNG dishwasher and he told me to call 1800SAMSUNG....hows that for a company that prides themself on service. I wouldnt go back there if my life depended on it....I would buy from CRAIGSLIST before I would buy from them!

I was desperate to find a microwave that fit into my cabinet and a garage fridge (they dont make them like they used to). I walked in after a brief email exchange with Scott. He helped me even thought they werent technically open yet. He understood my needs and got me the right items at a fair price. Bad news, he forgot to put rush delivery on my microwave, called me to explain his error and apologized with assurances for next day delivery to home. His truck was late and they missed the next day delivery... but imagine this... Scott showed up himself with the next days truck that evening and personally delivered my items. No excuses, just results and ownership of mistakes. Unreal in todays service market. Thank you National Appliance Warehouse!

Processed order on Wednesday, delivered next day by 2. Delivery guys executed a very professional install and setup (even ran the machine through a test fill and drain cycle as part of the delivery service). Very thorough. Glen and I purchased a King and Queen Mattress set(s) at National Appliance Warehouse today. A year ago we purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator from NAW and had a great experience! We chose NAW as they are Military Owned and we are a military family. What better way to support our men & women serving our country! Our salesperson, Al Sylvester, was knowledgable, courteous and very patient! We were afforded a wonderful deal! NAW was our 3rd stop in our mattress search. Now we know.....make National Appliance Warehouse your FIRST (and only) stop!
