I wouldnt even give them one star. I would give them a ------star! They are a horrible company. You stick your card in to wash laundry and they steal your money. Put $20 on my card, cost &1.87(which is a rip off) card balance is 5.60?? And where they got that number I have no idea? Just be smart take your clothes to Landry Mat cuz when you try to call customer service and ask its your fault! When this first happen( cuz its been twice) the lady said she would refund my money. Lol NOT!!! It doesnt matter what happen. These ppl are scam artists. As long as I live in this apartment I will never use them again! They are disgusting human beings. You wanna rip people off for washing their clothes? How low can get get. Beyond disgusted.

As a customer, I do not like their method of laundry service. It is inconvenient to load your card because the machine to reload is not on site. I have to walk to the rental office to load the card. You never hit a complete zero balance because the price of the machines are odd. $1.95 to wash a heavy load. I always have money left over that I can not use because its not enough to start a load but too much to leave on the card. The cards a defective. The very first card I received did not work then the replacement card spontaneously stopped working. Id rather you just pay cash than have to deal with loading and reloading a clean cash card.

Caldwell-Gregory have always responded when they say - within 24-48 hours. My first service call to them was to report problems with a machine taking my quarters without washing my clothes. They asked how much I had lost ($1.50) Imagine my surprise two days later I received a check in the mail for that amount.
