Normally everyone here is extremely nice and helpful, but there is one lady there who had short red hair, and I think she may even be the manager, but she treats everyone like they are a nuisance and like she would rather spit on them than service them. Every time I have been there she had been hateful to customers, so much that it makes me cringe for them in my seat. I cannot believe someone has not called her out on it yet, (or maybe they have). Today she was downright rude to an elderly man who was trying to drop off a pair of broken glasses. After he had been there over an hour waiting, (as had we), he tried to ask if he could leave the glasses and go (being very polite) and the woman /shouted/ across the room at him, in front of about ten people, that they were not going to drop everything and wait on him, and treated him as if he were trying to cut in line when he had explained that he had somewhere to be and just wanted to drop off the glasses. He finally said forget it, and left (which I would have done too, had I been treated like that). I will probably continue to do business here, but her behavior and treatment of customers is inappropriate and exasperating. She is certainly the bad apple of the bunch.

My granddaughter got her glasses from the Longview Texas store. She noticed 3 days later the paint appeared to be coming off. I took her back and Paula was at the counter and immediately asked if she could help us. I explained to her why we were there handed her the glasses, she looked at them stated yes they have a small chip i bet it happened while putting in the frames. Went and found her another pair and placed her lens in right away was very helpful interacted with my granddaughter made sure they fit well and said if we have any other concerns to feel free to come back. When you are spending money on anything it sure makes it better when you are treated with respect and care. Thank You Paula for doing both.

A couple weeks I came in to Eyemart to purchase my glasses an the girl that waited on me was rude an hateful an when I told her I wanted my money back she cussed at me an Told me my services were no longer welcome there an that I was not evey allowed in there again an the girl that did this her name is Jessica..I will let people know not to ever use eyemart due to rude customer service from the employee name Jessica...I guess if yall dont want my money then I will go else where like I did..The girl also needs to stay off her phone an stop texting people an wait on customers

First time shopping for glasses, never really knew what to get or how to buy them. They just basically told me to browse find what I was looking for didnt ask if I wanted glare free lenses or if I wanted hd or anything else.None of this I knew about till the next day talking to a family member who wears glasses. I give 4 stars because they were fast and quick and pretty affordable out of pocket.

Great Customer service they helped my wife find some glasses and she got them the same day. Very pleased with all of the employees. Plus they adjusted my glasses and changed the nose pads for free. Definitely recommend these guys.

They have nice work but they are super slow...they need more ppl working so they are able to help ppl in a timely manner..I waited 40 minutes just for repair...and it was only 2 ppl there plus myself
