I have been a customer for at least 8 to 10 years Im guessing. Today i went in to get some help on my lenses that i quite literally have had for 2 months because these anti glare lenses just dont seem to hold up very well. These lenses cost me $350 plus dollars, and the extra cost of insurance. To be fair my insurance had just lapsed and that is how i knew the lenses were 2 months old and so badly scratched it was like looking through a fog, obviously there was a defect during the process somewhere. I have worn glasses all my life and I know how to take care of my glasses. The manager didnt even take into consideration that I have been a loyal customer for years, as has my wife, and that this could quite possibly be Eye Marts fault. He said his hands were tied and he was so sorry, I have spent close to $4000 dollars at this particular location, I specifically made it clear that if he couldnt help me out that i would NEVER be back. Didnt seem to bother him one bit, so i proceeded to Sams and spent my $722.00 at their place and they were very informative about lenses, with that said, do your homework. Eye Mart uses an inferior product. If i could give zero stars i would definitely do so, be fair to your customers.......

Eyemart Express is a great place to purchase your prescription glasses or just readers if that if all you need. They have wonderful sunglasses and are priced reasonably. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. I picked up my glasses within an hour of seeing them. They have a large display of different styles of frames. You cant miss with Eyemart Express, they have almost anything you could possibly want. I really loved the experience and would recommend them to any and everyone. The business is easy to find and guarantee their services. I love the frames and lenses and the associate was very helpful in the decision about the purchase.

I was able to get great looking, quality eyewear for a fraction of the cost if I had bought new glasses from ny eye doctors office. I bought two pairs of glasses for myself and also for one of my children. I had the lenses in my Rx sunglasses replaced. When my frame broke while they were fitting the lenses, Eye-Mart replaced the frame for me. That is great customer Service. Thanks Eye-Mart!

I lost my bifocal glasses on either the bumper boats or go carts at Lokomotion on Friday and had to go all weekend without glasses. I work 10 hr days in front of a computer, so going to work today without glasses was NOT an option. EyeMart had a pair ready for me in 37 minutes, and I swear they work better than the pair I lost. I CAN SEE!! Thank you, EyeMart!!

The optometrist next door is amazing but eyemart advertises best price with quality. They need to remove the quality part lens do not set right in my frame and keep popping out arent even shaped right. Unbeatable prices though so if you need an emergency pair theyll work till you get better ones.

The sign in system needs work. Literally stood at the counter for 5 minutes before waiting to be signed in through a computer to wait an additional 10-15 minutes to pick up my glasses. In the past it has been easier and quicker. Same way earlier with almost a 45 minute wait (they were busy).
