Very very disappointed about the service we received at this optical store. The doc faxed over our prescription. We arrived at 2:45pm to find a sign posted that they were at lunch until 3:10pm. We arrived back at 3:11pm only to be 2nd in line and have now waited over 25 minutes to just get our prescription. 1 worker here and 40 workers in the Walmart store. Not even a thought about giving us our quick prescription pickup while continuing to help the s l o w customer in front of us. Horrible service, would not recommend this place ever.

My 7 y.o. daughter has gotten glasses at several places. Just picked up a new pair today. Very kind and understanding staff. Spent the time to fit the glasses very well and make sure they were perfectly clean. Great Warranty as well. James is great optician!
