I really like my doctor and Ive seen others in this practice when shes not available. However, before you see the doctor, youre called into this tiny room where several tests are performed. Both times recently, for both my son and I, the woman in this room performing these tests was not very friendly. Youd think someone interacting with children would at least say hello to the child. She asked him to read some lines and seemed put off that he was taking longer to read them than she liked. After we left and were seated in the lobby waiting for the doctor, some time went by and she came out and told my son he did well, "Really, you did." I thought it was awkward, like she knew shed been borderline rude and was trying to make up for it. Between these interactions and the horrible location (tiny parking lot, busy intersection, cramped lobby), if it wasnt for my doctor, I would go someplace else.

My son was seen at a clinic in ND and was misdiagnosed and given a poorly fitted pair of glasses, the wonderful woman at fairway caught the mistake right away, and got my son a perfectly fitted pair of glasses and advised a recheck on his vision which brought to light a condition he had called ambliopia. If not for these wonderful people (one in particular) my sons vision wouldve deteriorated and he couldve went blind. I can never express how greatful we are. Its so hard with a child getting his first pair and parents who didnt know any better than we were advised, to make the best decision. But you can trust these people will not steer you wrong. Well educated and dedicated service.

The front desk is rude. The first time I was in I was on time to my appointment and waited at least 30min, before being called back( this was a 9AM appointment!) They "misplaced" my form for my glasses, causing me to have to go back in and pick out different glasses, and get them almost a month in a half late. They billed my insurance wrong, and when I went in to figure it out, talked down to me like I didn t understand the receipt, when in fact it turned out they billed it out wrong, and I didnt owe anything. If I hadn t caught it they would have charged me too much, and got extra money out of it. Very unprofessional, and will NEVER go back

The office setting is nice and convenient. But the cost is extremely high compare to other offices. I came here for a routine eye exam and was told to come back for a follow up. I paid for my fees during the first visit and was told that it cover all of the cost. Two months later, I receive a bill from my medical insurance stating that I owe the office a charge. Apparently my follow up visit was billed to my medical insurance and the payment that I place didnt not cover the entire process. I ended up paying more for an eye exam with insurance than what I have paid in the past w/o insurance. I will never go back to this office again.

They are good but not that good for what they charged. America Best in Liberty has just as good a Dr.as Bunde. My wife has been to America Best twice and she is very pleased.I went to Fairway in Liberty and after spending over 750.00 for one pair I thought I could do better and I have. All eyeglass stores are a rip. Even with Groupon Fairway has scared me away. Also, they were not very nice after my warranty ran out. Some people like to pay more. Im sorry not me.I always wonder how a person was suppose to see what frames looked like on when they cant see.

Ive been going to them for years and Ive always had very good experiences. I never have to wait long, and the staff are always courteous and helpful. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they are a little pricey, though in my experience not significantly so. I feel that the extra spent is well worth it for their warranty, which Ive had to use twice (puppy decided glasses were a fun chew toy), and never had any trouble at all, and they even expedited it because I needed my glasses for work. Overall, I highly recommend them.

I made a last minute emergency appointment to see Dr. Bunde and was seen that day. The front desk was very friendly and efficient and they billed my insurance without any issue or question. After my initial consultation it turned out I had to have surgery on my eye and Dr. Bunde was able to get me in to see an Opthamologist who could perform the surgery that afternoon. I have never been treated so well by a doctors office and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care.

Two issues with the Fairway Eye Center: 1. They charged my insurance for a treatment I didnt receive even after I pointed out to them that I hadnt received it. 2. I didnt purchase glasses from them, but Fairway had my eye insurance tied up saying I had purchased glasses. Finally, my insurance had to call Fairway to get them to release the hold.

Great experience! The doctor and the staff were very pleasant and answered my questions. The office was well-equipped and looked nice. And my daughters first visit was only $100, much lower than many other places. The only negative thing was the long wait, about 30 min. I will definitely come again. Thank you!

Very unhelpful staff. Felt awkward looking at frames, also seemed over priced. Walked out without even being acknowledged. Wont be going back.
