Customer service is terrible. My boyfriend sent me an edible arrangement to be delivered yesterday. He called to see what time it would arrive at 1:30 because I had some other arrangements. They said an hour to an hour and a half. 2 hours later, it was not delivered and I had to leave. The driver called me at 7:31 asking if I was home.... what? 6 hours later???? I live 15 minutes away from the store. I was not home and he said that he would drop it off later when I got back,but when I called him again, he said he was on the other side of town and that he would deliver it first thing in the morning at 10 am. Well it is now 11:09 and no arrangement. I will not be sitting around for it, so they need to give my boyfriend a refund and give me the arrangement for free because of the lack of consideration for other peoples time. Do not order from this location.

If I could give this store a no star I would. Cant believe that a company like this could not pull off a perfect day. Ordered from here several times, but this time was like no other. Poor customer service, the service was awful, the arrangement looks like it was put together by a preschooler, when my order was delivered the items were almost rotten. The way business is conducted here it tells a lot about the owner. The owner sounds like a lethargic type person, who has issues, and she did not even correct the problem. She needs more training. I will never order from here again. This store should not be conducting business in this manner and should be closed. I also wondered why this store had so many bad reviews, now I see why.

First time ever using this service and spent $90 on some strawberries and they were never delivered. I called their corporate facility and they themselves told me that it said it was still in transit the day after I had scheduled for delivery. They had the nerve to say that they were delivered and signed for even though the recipient never signed for them or got a knock on their door. Dont waste your money, they refuse to refund me for their terrible services.

I ordered a "Just Because" arrangement this morning. A "Star of David" arrangement (much cheaper than what I ordered) was delivered. I called and spoke to someone who was supposed to have a second (correct) arrangement delivered. It has been hours later, with no word on the status of the delivery. The phone line loops me through an automated message and I am unable to leave a message because the inbox is full. I will not be a returning customer.

I ordered my mom this edible arrangement on last Friday for mothers day. It never got there. Nobody showed up. No phone call no note , no email to let me know that something went wrong, or if they were backed up or no explanation whatsoever. I called the location over 5 times and got no answer. I finally called the 1-800 number and they were able to get in touch with them so that I could get my money back until today (Monday) Crappy service.

This place is the worst!!! Just tried to make an order but the person on the phone answered and was irritated before we even exchange Hellos!! How can you tell a call you have a lot of people in the store and could not advise if they should call back or hold on. When asked how long the hold will be, she said I DONT KNOW-WHEN IM FINISH WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE!!!! I believe the feedback on all the bad delivery services.

The fruit is always delicious, but there customer service is horrible! Ive tried several times to reach the owner before I posted this review but the female who answers claims, "he just left", regardless of what time you call! Theyre are suppose to close at 7pm, but they close whenever they decide to, regardless if you have a pick up scheduled. That happened twice to me, and two times too many for me!

Your staff is garbage , an who ever Marilyn may be she make your business looks horrible an ghetto . fruit is wonderful delivery was great but staff is horrible especially the ghetto girl who hang up on me on my last call trying to tip the driver. I ask the for the driver name an she hang up twice ..... Good fruits horrible customer service

I tried for two days to order a birthday bouquet from Michigan to my aunt in GA. The website malfunctioned everytime. Because it was a night, the customer service offices were closed. I called the store directly in Lithonia, GA and within 5 minutes, the young lady had my order processed and same day delivery was scheduled! Love it. Thank you very much! Alex in Michigan

Natalia is awesome. I called in undecided on what I wanted to order, but I knew what budget I didnt want to go over. Natalia recommended a few of her favorites and helped me decide on what to purchase. She was very polite and assured me that the recipient would love the arrangement. I will definitely order again because of the customer service she extended today!!

I worked at this location for about 2 months. This is the worst company and owners I have ever worked for. The owners are rude and treat you like a slave. They do not care about there employees at all. I still have not received my 1099 and the final deadline to give Your employees there w2 or 1099 is feb 14 so I guess I will be calling the IRS Monday morning.

Went in and no one answered as in came to the front to take my order. All you hear is laughing from the back and very poor customer service skills. I waited for 15 minutes its common courtesy to be greeted at the front. This is the worst location.

I will never order from them again! I ordered on Valentines Day. It never got to my boyfriend office. They cut the phone off and would not answer calls. This place should be shut down. DO NOT ORDER from them. Worst place ever!
