We typically enjoy Cracker Barrel restaurants as a family. We will continue to go to them (at other locations), but this was by far the worst Cracker Barrel experience weve ever had. Immediately when we were seated a kitchen staffee stormed out of the kitchen and literally screamed for the whole restaraunt to hear, "I CAN NEVER FIND A MANAGER IN THIS GOD FORSAKEN PLACE!!!" Great tone setter. Here are just a few vignettes that transpired shortly thereafter: 1. We have two young children. We asked three times for napkins and never got them. 2. The small biscuit plates were brought to us soaken wet. 2 out of the 4 had wet food on them. 3. No one in our party was offered a refill once during the meal. 4. The food came out cold. Also, the portion I was given for the breakfast plate was half what Ive gotten at other Cracker Barrel locations. Because it was tasteless and cold I couldnt even finish THAT small amount of food even though I was hungry. 5. I used the bathroom and dry heaved at what I saw there. No further elaboration needed. 6. We talked to the manager afterwards and he swears they clean the bathroom every 30 mins, they appreciate the feedback, theyll do better, etc. He also was demeaning saying, "Well, you did eat the food, right? Couldnt be that bad...." The kitchen employee was right, there is a managerial problem. You will not see our family return to this Cracker Barrel location until there is a overhaul in leadership. In years past this was a good Cracker Barrel, its a shame its come to this....

My first Cracker Barrel experience ever was at this very Cracker Barrel, back in 1991. In the past 25 years, Ill wager Ive eaten at over 50 Cracker Barrels from Naples, FL all the way up to South Portland, ME. What I love about the store very likely is what many people do. The Country Store schtick. Who doesnt enjoy Uncle Herschels Favorite - or the Old Timers Breakfast? Who can pass up on Thursdays Turkey n Dressin or Mondays Po Chops? We neednt go on and on here. I think we can all agree that the Cracker Barrel is harmless - even a positive influence on our psyche. This store, in particular, is always packed. But, seriously, every single one of them is always packed. You see, this is normally found at busy Interstate exits. Its a no-brainer. Lets talk about the peg game for a moment. You all DO understand how to leave only one peg, right? Permit me to share: (Im sure there are many ways, but heres mine) 1. First off, lets number the holes. Imagine the pyramid, so the top hole is 1, 2nd row is 2 and 3, 3rd row is 4,5 and 6 and so on, until the last row ends with hole #15. 2. Leave #1 empty. 3. OK, here goes. 4 jumps to 1, 6 to 4, 1 to 6. (with me?) 4. 7 to 2, 13 to 4, 2 to 7. (ok?) 5. Now... 10 to 8, then 7 to 9, and then 15 to 13 and 12 to 14. heres the finale. Get up and stretch if needed... 6. 6 to 13, 14 to 12 and 11 to 13. Cha-Ching! Anyway - this Cracker Barrel is really good. Just like all the others Ive been to.

Ive been a customer of yours since the early 80s since my dad took me to my first one in Kentucky since then been in love with it ever since, I love the service, the food, and food portions, but most of all I like homemade food from a restaurant that you really cant find anymore. I want to personally want to thank your CEO for not being cheap, he apparently cares about the quality and quantity, unlike some restaurant chains such as the( Evil Darden). The only thing I wanted to mention is that in all these years your restaurants havent had much upgrades through the years, why is that???? I would like to see some upgrades especially the tables could be a little more updated and more comfortable, such as cushions, and maybe install a few booths, The lighting can be upgraded as well, they can still have the famous counrty look to them, I know you shouldnt mess with stuff that works, but you always could critique it a little. That would be great, im sure your customers wouldnt complain about it. Keep doing what your doing, thankyou!!!!

I have literally never written a google review. I kinda just look to the rest of the public opinion and make my assumptions off of that. however, today I decided to change that. for the past 4 years I have worked on N. Monroe street and have placed COUNTLESS to go orders from here. Each time, as sure as the sun rises, my order is astronomically wrong. I detest the service they have at this cracker barrel. Even when I beg and plead with the waitress to make sure its right on my busy rush hour lunch, ask them to repeat it verbatim and double check it...its still wrong!!!!! The manager even agreed to not understanding bc my order is sooooooo simple! and when they finally get one thing right they mess up another part of your order. The saddest thing is its only this cracker barrel and Tallahassee only has one. smfh I will never ever place a to go order from here again. they might screw around and give me food from another restaurant next time. P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C!!!!!

l I ordered salad and Mac and cheese to go. When I initially called in I was told it would be ready in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, since it was VERY busy my order ended up taking an hour from when I ordered it to when I received it. Although I was disappointed by the outrageous wait, I will point out that I really appreciate how the restruant managed their mistake. My salad was personally delivered by the manager who apologized right away and compensated me for the food. This was the first time Ive ever had a problem with this restruant and I am impressed by how they handled it. Even on a bad day, they still had good service. I intend to come back :)

First off, Im a big fan of the Cracker Barrel concept. Staff is generally friendly and accommodating... but my big beef with them has to do with to-go orders, especially ones for more than 5 people that are placed the day ahead of time. I have a lot of clients that request CB, but I cannot count on them to ever have the food ready on time. I order the day ahead of time with a promise that it will be ready when I ask for it. It is typically 30 minutes after Ive asked that it is finally ready... which means I have unhappy clients and I lose money and credibility. I just want them to keep their promises, not give excuses.

Absolutely a great stop! On our way to Pensacola from Orlando and needing a nice stop we saw the sign for Cracker Barrel and got off of 10. We drove about 2 miles before realizing we must have missed it and sure enough it was right off the exit that you see the sign high in the sky. (If youre coming off 10 west make a left at the end of exit and then a right at the next light followed by quick right) Our waitress was lovely and on top of everything. The food was delicious, even more so than any other CB. I suggest the mac n cheese! Everyone whom worked there both in the restaurant and store were very nice and helpful.
