Today we were a party of 8 eating at Cracker Barrel. Four adults & four children (ranging in age from 6 to 11) were in attendance. The parking was great even though there were a lot of people there. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by the staff and seated very quickly. The restuarant was clean. I didnt go into the bathroom. The general store that you walk through to get to the restaurant was stocked full of unique gifts & treasures. Ranging in price from clearance to reasonable to outlandish prices. There were 2 servers that attended our table. They were friendly, helpful, and best of all quick. Our food was great. We ordered several breakfast meals, lunches & kids meals. Our kids love this place. There are several games on the tables & a crayon/coloring page handed out to each child as we were seated. The drinks, buscuits, butter & jelley were quickly right behind for the wait while we ordered & the food was being prepared. All the while keeping little hands & mouths busy & not bored until their meal arrived. We had plenty of extra straws, napkins, condiments & smiles. The food was hot when it came to the table, prepared well & the taste was great. A wonderful lunch with the family at Cracker Barrel.

Extensive menu that includes breakfast all day. It is reasonably priced too. The only complaint i have is that the gift shop wouldnt sell me an item in the store because it was scratched and they noticed it when I was purchasing it and then refused to sell it to me because it was damaged. They said it was against their policy. I said I didnt care it was scratched and they still wouldnt sell it to me. It was the only one they had so I had to go to another cracker barrel to get it. I had to drive to two other cracker barrels to find the item because they tried calling to see if another store had it but everyone was too busy to look so they gave up. So they left it up to me to track down the item. I was willing to buy the damaged item at full price but according to them they cant sell damaged goods. It was a scratch about a centimeter long. I dont consider that damaged but blemished. It was barely noticeable. They still refused.

This was the worst service I have ever had. Growing up and coming here was always a treat. Took forever to get a seat, when seated syrup and napkins under the table/ which cause me to almost fall when I got up because on my boots. Once seated the server which never introduced herself but found out once we got the check that her name was "Alyssa" asked for our drink order, brought those then disappeared for 30 mins. I finally asked a very nice server named "Kenny" which helped and the only one who came back to check on us which also took my cold hard eggs back and also the one who brought them back out to me for his kind help. "Alyssa" also checked on every table but us the entire time. While checking out no one even asked how our service was.... Will never come back to this store again. Such a shame that a great place is running down hill and such poor management.

I am a frequent customer at this location and the food is decent normal Cracker Barrel quality. My only complaint is their take out service, most times when ordering food for pick up, as I often do for my disabled parents, the order is wrong and or missing items. Obviously this is highly inconvenient when in a rush. Be sure to check your order before you leave as it will save u time and a few headaches. Also, if u are not used to "Tennessee tap water", you may want to order a Coke as the water is definitely not filtered. Overall a decent place, staff is friendly and when dining in, food is delivered fairly quick considering the place is always packed full of people.

My go to place for bacon and eggs. Their bacon is the best in town, it is a little thicker than IHOP, Waffle House, or Perkins. When it is cooked right it is to die for and I like my eggs scrambled with Colby cheese. A great breakfast. They no longer have the Grandmas Peach Pancake breakfast. They also do not have bananas. If you get one of their better servers you will have a wonderful experience. It is hard not to shop in the Cracker Barrel Store. I limit myself to a monthly indulgence or at least try. Parking is at a premium unless you eat at off hours from the normal person, but worth the walk from behind the restaurant.

2nd time we tried this. Both experiences were great --- Fathers day dinner, 6:00 at Cracker Barrel on Campbell Station Road. Service was above excellent and we had a great time, from sitting on the front porch for all to arrive, to a great dinner with great food that pleased everyone, shopping , and then back on the front porch for rocking and picture time after our really great meal. Service could not have been better. Our food arrived like a parade and all at the same time, drinks were refilled regularly and we left happy and very relaxed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Our server Nick was fantastic. He was prompt, swift and personable. He even took the time to show us how to beat the peg game my girlfriend and I struggled with. He was a delight. I would give it five stars but the hashbrown casserole came out a tad stale and the biscuits were slightly burnt. It was still delicious but if you offer breakfast all day, maybe it should be fresh. Nick was great though! We would be back if we werent traveling just for him.

The food was normal Cracker Barrel quality (they preportion all their recipes and ship them to stores to make sure everything is exactly the same at each location) which is fairly good. On the only occasion Ive eaten at this location, I made a take out order and it took almost an hour and a half. They indicated they were busier than normal but I still wasnt pleased. I assume this was just a one-time problem.

I just found out not too long ago that they have started carrying my favorite snack, Mississippi Cheese Straws! Go to their website to see the different flavors they have to offer! Anyway, if you need cornbread or biscuits for soup or Stew or goulash & dont have time to make some, call or order some and theyll have some hot & ready to go for you when you arrive to pay/ pick it up!

This Crack Barrel is always busy and staff is inconsistent in delivery. Depending on the time of day and whether a bus just arrived it can be OK to substandard. In the last few years I believe all Cracker Barrels have suffered by getting away from their original concept. Too many menu items and less quality control in the kitchen.

I like the value, its not great food but reasonably priced. But one word of caution: If a waitress doesnt come up to you within 10 minutes, dont wait, flag someone down. They OFTEN dont know who (if anyone) is covering what table. So you can be sitting for 30 minutes or more before you realize no one knows you are there.
