So I was just at the location today, and I must say I had quite an interesting experience. I asked a young man named Donald to help me, and he ended up saving me thousands of dollars! I had been notified by my business manager that my water and power was going to be shut off, and when I called the number they provided the man and woman on the other end directed me to a Pavilions to purchase a prepaid card for what they said was a mandatory same-day payment process. This sounded strange to me, but I feared that my business was going to have its power shut off at any moment so I went to this location. When Donald had directed me to the pre-paid cards, he asked me what they were for. When I explain my situation to him he insisted that I didnt buy the cards and that I was being conned. Sure enough, the number I had called earlier was disconnected that evening. I would have transferred thousands of dollars to criminals account had it not been for Donald. The fact that he cared enough to ask my situation, along with helping me out of a con, shows his compassion and professionalism. Five star simply for the staff.

I suppose over the years the difference between a Vons and Pavilions has faded, because this Pavilions location is definitely not higher end than a typical Vons. It is somewhat smaller and older than most other Vons, Safeway, or Pavilions locations, but still manages to pack in most of what you expect in a supermarket. You can tell they tried to fit as much as possible into the store as they can, so kudos to them for making the most of they have to work with. Overall you can find all your essentials and with ample parking, this Pavilions is convenient if you don’t prefer Ralphs down the street.

Love this store and most of the employees. They almost always have the ingredients I need. Im giving three stars because I have observed Phillip, one of the men who work the butcher counter, continually be horrible to customers. Tonight he was extremely condescending and rude to my girlfriend and someone like that should not deal directly with customers. Im going in tomorrow to file a complaint because he should be reprimanded for his behavior.

The absolute RUDEST employees work here. Especially the woman behind the deli counter. She moves slower than a sloth and when people ask her questions she gives sarcastic snooty answers. This grocery store has the prices of a nice expensive Pavilions but the experience is one you would expect from the 99 cent store. Not to mention how run down it has gotten Will never shop here again.

I used to live around the corner and was able to walk here most weeks for my groceries. I enjoyed the convenient location but I think it was my first grocery store shock after moving to LA from SD. The store seemed old and small to me. The staff was nice and I was always able to find what I want and the parking lot is big enough that you dont have to worry.

wow great as good as it cna get been in there over 10 yrs always caring staff and good sales, and lots of variety a nice and and good tasting deli and do western union and offer good wine deals too amazing staff nice flowers and good friday specials keep going pavilions your on the mark ga ggold

After few years of shopping here, I can say that I have never had a problem with this Pavilions. The products, the staff and the place are great for shopping. One thing that bothered me over the years, that they are relatively highly pricing even the basic products. One of the best places in my area.

Shopping here for years, but got say that fat Asian chick that works the register has a serious attitude problem. Just kinda seems like they all are a little "ghetto", if ya know what I mean. Love the new Ralphs down by Hazeltine, people smile and are cheerful. Sorry, its how I feel.

I like this Pavilions my only qualm is that its kind of small, and that the produce isnt always that fresh. Every time I try to buy strawberries here I find them lacking, or they go bad within 2 or 3 days of being in my fridge. But the staff is always friendly and its always clean.

We came here to pick up some last-minute stuff for the birthday party. The staff was so helpful and the store was very well-stocked for a holiday weekend. The cashier went out of her way 2 help us out as we were running short on time oh. Our shopping experience was very good

I have a love/hate relationship with Pavillions. I used to love their chocolate croissants, then they raised the price and shrunk the size. Weak. These days Im loving their bagels, size and price. I also love their stock of O Organics products

It used to be my neighborhood store,but, I moved to encino, but I come to this store from time to time. Nostalgia I suspect. Not bad, but, it seems that because its very busy here, they run out of the usuals very quickly.

They have signs that inform customers, "If there are more than 3 people per cashier and new register would open" well low and behold they only had 3 open registers with the lines going into the aisle. Oh well

Friendly customer service . Even though its a big chain the staffers here feel like part of the neighborhood..Its open until midnight daily so pretty convenient if youre close by.

This market is showing its old age, but its the one place I can reliably pick up a particular specialty item (King Arthur bread flour), so I have a soft spot for it.

Just a good grocery store with lots of parking. If you like Safeway, youll like Pavilions (same company). Also a bottled water machine outside.
