Ive been going here ever since I moved to the area when I was a little 4y/o girl but since the remodel Ive been going to Walmart. Walmart has better prices, fresher produce and friendlier people. The produce at Fred Meyer tonight was so rotten that when I picked up an onion, it squished and oozed in my hand and little flies came out. Literally all of them were like that. Customer service also suddenly started refusing to sell quarters, even though I came in last week to purchase them and they did it no problem. But hey, thats OK. Ill be reporting their unfair and unsanitary business practices to the Better Business Beurao. I took pictures of the produce and will be continually observing and taking pictures throughout the week. I use to work for this Freddies and I loved it until I realized how unsanitary they are. Specifically an incident where they kept their frozen turkeys in the same trailor they kept their discarded and crushed bags of cans and bottles, which drip with whatever substance was in the cans/bottles and contaminates the whole trailor. Idc if the birds are frozen or not, thats icky. Kroger sucks ass.

Worst customer service cashier. Went in to buy a pair of shoes. There were bunch of shoes in sale. There was this style of sketcher on sale for 54.99 with the red tag, but the size was 9.5. So i selected my size for 7. This lady at the cashier scanned it and the price was not on sale. I told her that and showed her where the section was. She went in grab the red tag, then told me only this pair is on sale. I asked her but these two pairs are the same, just different in size, but she kept arguing with me about only the pair that was attached the sale price size 9.5 on sale. I told her it doesnt make any sense, so you mean everything place on red tag on the shelves only those pairs on sale even though customers wants them in different size? So if i pick a different size with exactly the same style, its not on sale? She said yes. Hahaha this is dumb cashier service ever. i Should have asked for manager to come over but disappointed at her service and attitude.

When they remodeled they basically ruined the store. The aisles are all too narrow now because they needed more shelf space when they shortened them all, and good luck getting past a stock person or a cart with children in one of these aisles. Also the quality of their staff has been falling for years. They used to be genuinely helpful, but now they mostly seem annoyed that you are even talking to them, and the can return people are dishonest (claim all sorts of deposit items are not, or just take like ten minutes staring at each can to make you give up and leave, or just refuse to hand count at all even when there are like 10 people waiting for the maybe 1 of four machines thats working on any particular day.) and downright rude most of the time. Its their job (and legal obligation as a retailer over 5000sqft) to accept deposit cans, and they really need to stop getting angry about being asked to do their jobs.

Garbage gas.... I am mechanically inclined with cars/motors... I usually get 155-263 on a tank, sometimes 268+.. I had only got 189 miles on the fill-up with super/premium octane on 5/11/2016, giving you the benefit of an additional miles for gas light to come on which would be 204 miles on that tank... How would I lose 50+ miles on a tank of super during my normal travels that I get 255+ on? This is fraud/crap gas to begin with... I couldnt even use my fuel points that night at 8:44 P.M. due to your system being randomly down for maintenance, well thats what your employee told me at that moment.. So over 2 gallons less of fuel/couldnt even use my 50 cents off which doesnt even pay for the fuel I lost.. I will never return, ethanol gas is bad, but this is horrible for my vehicle, yet not nice on my pocket either :(

I come here often and I am frequently disappointed by bad service. I try to be an understanding and polite customer, but there are so many employees here who just seem to not care about what they need to do at their job. Two weeks ago, I waited for awhile a u-scan employee to check my id while they stood chatting to an employee on a break. They didnt even notice or seem to care. Every time I try to get a key made at this location, I spend a lot of time waiting as well and then the keys havent even worked. I have come across some great employees as well at this location and I am thankful for that. But for the five years I have shopped at this location, there have been a lot of employees that are failing at customer service.

Truly one stop shopping, Fred Meyer offers amazing variety while maintaining a local store feel. I have shopped at this Fred Meyer location for over 30 years, and it consistently offers friendly, caring cashiers, great sale offerings, and rarely runs out of sale items. It has been going through a renovation lately (2016), and Ive been impressed how much extra staff they have, dedicated to helping you find the products you are looking for. I like the new aisle signs, visible across aisles so you can quickly scan to locate what you came for. Kudos!

Lauren C was absolutely amazing for customer service was beyond that if anything Ive ever experienced at this Fred Meyers. She went above and beyond what I expected by helping me find a product during the construction.. For a matter of fact almost every time I come here I have a terrible experience with customer service one way or another but this lady definitely set the bar and I feel like she should get a raise and they should model their customer service after her

This Fred Meyer has gone downhill ever since they renovated. The produce dept is a disaster always someone stocking at all times of day. The clicklist carts take up too much room in the too narrow aisles. Sometimes it seems like they purposely dont stock the items I buy a lot. The people are nice enough and the rewards are nice too. I have shopped this store for 40 years and now I do a lot of my shopping at Walmart.

Since the remodel, aisles are narrower, items are more challenging to find and organization of products is not always logical. Aisle signs are not always reliable. Setting aisles with posts in the middle is an interesting concept in "easy navigation." Not the Fred Meyer Ive shopped at since 1970. Unfortunately Krogers took this store and expanded its grocery section at the expense of all other departments.

I have been shopping at this Fred Meyer for the better part of 23 years. As a general rule the employees are polite and helpful, Their produce is fresh and well displayed. After the recent remodel of 2016 many services and products have been added, wine bar, sushi bar, lots of organic produce and other organic and non GMO foods are available which makes me one happy customer.

So I tried to return a birthday present, and they said, "oh sorry sir, in the last 90 days you already returned something to a Fred Meyer. You will have to wait awhile" ...... so moral of story .. only use cash here and DO NOT USE your Fred Meyer rewards card, because this how they tracked and discriminated against me here...... also the workers are extremely rude
