THE BOOST MOBILE EMPLOYEE AT THE BOOST STORE IN YUMA ARIZONA LOCATED AT 1773 W 24TH ST STE A LIED TO ME AND MISREPRESENTED BOOST MOBILE DISRESPECTFULLY. I WANTED THE LG STYLO 2 SHE SAID THEY WERE OIT OF THE LG STYLO 2 AND I ASKED HER TO CALL ANOTHER STORE TO SEE IF THEY HAVE THEM IN STOCK. SHE DID NOT CALL SHE TOLD ME THE COMPUTER SHOWS ALL THE STORE ARE OUT OF STOCK ON THE LG STYLO 2. SHE SAID THE LG X POWER WAS BETTER THAN THE STYLO PHONES AND HAD EVERYTHING AND MORE THAN WHAT THE STYLO 2 OFFERS. IT JUST HAS A SMALLER SCREEN BUT ONLY THE DIFFERENCE IN SCREEN SIZE AND ITS SUCH A SMALL DIFFERENCE THAT YOU CANT EVEN TELL THE DIFFERENCE. SHE ALSO SOLD ME A SCREEN SAVER AND SAID THAT IF I DROPPED MY PHONE THAT THE SCREEN SAVER WOULD BREAK AND PROTECT THE PHONE. ALSO I HAVE AN LG WALLET THAT CLOSES THE PHONE COMPLETELY IN. THE PHONE FELL OFF MY END TABLE WHILE CHARGING THE OTHER EVENING AND MY SCREEN CRACKED. I PULLED OFF THE PROTECTIVE COVER AND FOUND THAT DID NOT CRACK AT ALL IT WAS THE PHONE. ON WELL SOFT PADDED CARPET AND FULLY PROTECTED THIS TELLS ME THAT THE PHONE MUST HAVE ALREADY BEEN CRACKED AND UNSEEABLE TO THE NAKED EYE. BUT TWO HOURS AFTER I BOUGHT THIS PIECE OF CRAP LG X POWER WHICH IS THE WORSE PHONE LG HAS EVER MADE. I STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT. IT WAS FREEZING UP AND STAYING FROZE RENDERING THE PHONE WORTHLESS. SO I STOPPED AT THE BOOST MOBILE STORE THAT I SEEN ON MY WAY HOME LOCATED ON 4TH AVE AND 27TH STREET IN YUMA AZ AND LO AND BEHOLD THEY HAD THE STYLO 2 PHONE THERE IN STOCK. THEY SAID I COULDNT TRADE MY PHONE THERE ONLY AT THE STORE I BOUGHT IT AT EVEN THOUGH THE SALES REP LIED TO ME. I LOVE 20 MILES OUT OF TOWN AND HAVE TO CALL FOR A RIDE TO TOWN WHICH COSTS ME A BIT OF MONEY. I ALSO BOUGHT INSURANCE FOR THE PHONE IN WHICH THE SALES REP SAID IF MY PHONE WAS LOST DAMAGED OR STOLEN I WOULD BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT AT NO COST. WHEREAS WITHOUT INSURANCE I WOULD JUST HAVE TO TAKE A TOTAL LOSS. ANOTHER LIE. INSURANCE PEOPLE REQUIRE A 20 DOLLAR DEDUCTABLE. BUT I COULDNT FILE A CLAIM BECAUSE MY PHONE IS LISTED AS A LG VOLT 3. WHICH I HAVE NEVER OWNED A VOLT OF ANY STYLE EVER. SO I WAS SCREWED AROUND ALL DAY BY BOOST REPS AND BOOST INSURANCE REPS AND SUPERVISORS. I AM JUST GOING TO CONTACT MY DADS ATTORNEY AND GET BOOST MOBILE A LITTLE NEEDED PUBLICITY. SINCE NO BOOST MOBILE EMPLOYEE WANTS TO MAKE ANYTHING RIGHT AND YOU CANT GET THE STORE MANAGER TO RETURN MY CALLS. AND I BELIEVE THE PUBLIC HAS A RIGHT TO KNOW THAT BOOST MOBILE REPS IM GUESSING ARE TRAINED TO MISLEAD AND LIE TO CUSTOMERS. I HAVE ALL NAMES AND IDENTIFYING NUMBERS FOR EVERY BOOST MISREPRESENTATIVE THAT I SPOKE WITH. CONSIDERING THEY WERE BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT THERE NAMES AND NUMBERS. BOOST MOBILE IS MY WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.

Boost Mobile has no authority over independent locations, therefore beware of the store located on 6132 Riverdale Road, Riverdale Maryland this Latino business staff has no mangement experience. The store has a 3 day return policy only if the new phone is defective and the store will replace with the exact same phone or a cheaper version. Well after 2 days why would anyone settle for the same. I requested to upgrade from 2 free LG phones to the LG New Styllius 3, which would have cost me about $200. I told them on several occasions due to my Dissability I can not hear conversations. Anna had the entire Latino staff to say they were sold out. Now, I just want all my money back return free phone etc...No prevail over the phone with customer service, no prevail on line customer, to no prevail in store on complaints, so what do I do next. On the 4th day Boost Mobile states they have a 7 day return policy, and the customer service agents advised I go back to store. Why did I do that? Well I arrive at 1000am going back and forth stressing for hours with this Riverdale Maryland Boost Mobile. Okay, now they the employees discriminates talking Spanish in front of myself and 2 other American customers, in which 2other customers were looking to buy the Styllius 3 and was told they were sold out. After 3 hours Ana brings a Brand New Styllius 3 from the back providing me pricing information. Okay I lost it after I saw evidence she was lying to customers, I called her a LAB. Ana calls 911 on a paying customer, me. The PG County MD police handled as a civil case, and I can not return to store after I was denied a copy of my receipt. I closed my account with Boost Mobile on the 4th day. Boost Mobile customer service is from the Dominican Republic, and makes unjustifiable and poor decisions to customers accounts that harms the customers in more ways than one. Be Careful and check your banking statements.

Boost mobile has the worst customer service & their website isnt user friendly at all. I ordered a cell phone upgrade on the website & changed my mind on the model I wanted. Theres no way to cancel the order online so I had to call & wait for a long time for anyone to answer. Most of the time you cant understand the agent due to a thick accent & broken English. I finally got an answer & the agent cancelled the order but it still shipped anyway. I tried to order the phone I wanted online again but had to call them back & place the order that didnt ship. I ordered another phone from my sons account so only two phones shipped one being the one I didnt want. The FedEx guy didnt stop to deliver them & no signature was required. So I called Boost about the second phone I wanted because after getting a payment confirmation I received an email telling me the order couldnt be processed. After 5 phone calls to boost & one to FedEx they tell me I can pick the phones up at a FedEx location over 10 miles away, so I drove there only to be denied the pickup because the agent at Boost cancelled both orders. I called Boost & they told me it was cancelled, they couldnt reverse it once canceled & would take two weeks for a refund. So now I have over $400.00 tied up in cell phones I never received. I decided after all the aggravation & lousy service to stop by one of the stores & buy two phones. They costed much more & after to fit a 2016 case on a 2015 model I ordered on Amazon I wrote to Boost customer service about the additional cost & fiasco along with the fact their store was selling two year old phones & gave them a chance to refund the difference before going to the Better Business Bureau but they refused to refund. I like the cell service but the customer service sucks!!!

I have spent all afternoon and all evening trying to get my family plan set up and its still not working. my sons phone is activated but apparently not linked to our family plan acct. so he still has no service 24 hrs later....i have been on the phone and on fb chat, which is a joke in itself for hours. they told me to PM them and when i did they totally ignored me. then when i said "hello" a different guy answered and asked me for the same info as the first guy, my ph# and my pin#. This happened two more times so i ended up giving this info to 4 different people and phone still not working. i have NEVER had such a horrible experience switching phone plans as i have today. as a matter of fact i cant remember having such a horrible customer service experience with any company. i ended up missing most of my day at work today because i need my phone to sign into my systems and by the time i get off they are closed. if i hadnt purchased phone cards which are nonrefundable so im told i would have just stayed with the other service and returned the phones to the store. i so regret choosing Boost mobile for our new carrier. buyer beware!! nothing but problems and i havent even used the service for 24 hrs yet. if i could rate them less than a star i would.
