DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Go to an actual Verizon store where they care about their customers! I bought an iPhone screen protector for $40 from this store and they said that it will protect my screen and if I dropped it, the screen proctor will break instead of the phone itself. I dropped my phone and it completely shattered and the screen protector was completely fine. Apple store told me the screen protector this store sold me was only for preventing scratches! I went back to the store and they refused to refund me the money even though I had to pay triple the amount to get my phone fixed. My phone was so badly shattered that they couldnt even take of the protector because the whole would have fell apart. I had to get a new phone. Go to an actual Verizon store and not this premium retailer. I got another protector that is way better quality for only $25. This store not only sells low quality accessories but sells it for more money. Dont waste your time and money here. They have terrible customer service.

ABSOLUTLY KNOW this place is the most thieving place on earth. I was TOLD by a dark haired fat guy that I was being renewed via a standard contract renewal for 2 years so I could get the new I phone for 299. When I get home and get my first bill I found out they wrote me up for their EDGE contract that I was never informed about. So I paid 1,000.00 for the phone I was told I was paying 299 for. All the reviews are true about this place. RUN FROM THEM. They want you signature and your money, then you are dead to them. And watch out for the fat guy

Came in to try and have a phone that was given to me on Christmas activated. They told me that because they are a private retailer they dont perform that service (or, as they called it, "charity work") and that I would need to drive an hour to "Verizons HQ" to have that done. Pretty obviously were trying to steer me toward buying a phone from them instead, which is ridiculous. Drove five minutes down the road to a real Verizon store, where they activated my phone with a smile and at no charge.

I would not go back to this store for any reason. The associate who worked with me attempted to charge me for an upgrade that should have been free and would not relent when called on the fact that it should be free. Go elsewhere.

A location to go to if you want to be lied to. Associate tried to require me to pay for extra accessories "because its part of the deal." Keep your money in your wallet.
