Poor quality store.. Poor quality people. I used a switch program from verizon switching from tmobile. The representative there assured me that my bill will be paid off. And I traded in my phone and they offered me trade in credit. I specifically asked them is there a catch here. Cause it seemed too good to be true and they said this has nothing to do with the switch program and you can use the credit in the store to get anything you want.... Now 4 months later I got the switch money and I got 300 dollars and the tmobile finial bill is 1000 Thats a 700 dollar difference and the switch representative and the switch program said another thing deducting the trade in value of the phones after I specifically ask them this wont affect paying off my finial bill with tmobile. I was used and played for money that I dont have. Now Im paying for everything and the salesmen do is want their commission selling people bullshit. Lieing to the customer... In educated people.,even the salesman we used had a dirty mouth. Cussing every second cause his tablet froze up on him. Very unprofessional . and I come from a place where customer service is everything and would do anything to keep the customer happy. Eventually, all of this Is gonna end up being a lawsuit. If enough people get ripped off of their money. This store isnt even worth 1 star I would give the store -5 stars if possible. Unacceptable,unprofessional, and wrekless. Two words thats clearly state that there is a problem and even the corporate store couldnt train their employees correctly and update them on their promotions and have the correct information. Be careful everyone cause the sharks are in the water.

10/10/2015 - Went in to the location and met Abraham and Denise Corona. I was doing a Edge upgrade for my wife. She was using a I Phone 4 and didnt want to upgrade to the 6. Denise went woman to woman and walked her through the differneces. She was very informative regarding the cases and screen protectors. This was hugh for me that the old phone was taking for ever to back up to the cloud. She held the in the back and wairted till we finsished backing up to the cloud at home before it was cleaned. I usually dont write reviews but I some one goes out of their way I think it should be mentioned.

Customer Service at this store is non-existent. Weve bought countless phones through this store and have been with Verizon since LA Cellular days. We also used to buy from this store before they moved across the parking lot. They want to "give" you more lines or "give" you devices you dont need to lower your bill becuase they get something for it. Once they find out that you just want to pay for a phone or pay the difference in the phone cost all hands are off and they treat you horribly. We will be ordering phones online from Verizon and talking to their phone customer support from now on.

There guys are terrible, I was ready to buy a new iphone, they did not want me to upload my current phones info to the cloud because it would take "3 hours" what nonsense it takes 15 minutes. Then they wanted to charge me a $30 new phone activation fee, corporate screw over, I said I spend $500 a month with verizon, so take if off, he would not, manager would not. Wanted to charge me $50 in taxes for the new phone, unreal. So a $99 phone would have cost me $200. I walked out bought the phone on the web for $125. Including overnight shipping. Dont go to this store.

the sales people were cordial but had no knowledge of our somewhat unique problem and seemingly had no interest in pointing us toward a solution. Apparently were slow learners, as it took three more visits before we realized the sales people here are interested in a quick sale only and when that isnt happening, youre "dismissed". I suspect this is a management problem. Ive been a Verizon customer for 17 years - long before it was Verizon. Fortunately my experience with their wireless service is MUCH better than with this particular store.

I have always had verizon and my husband and I have probably easily spent 5,000 or more on our accounts with them but after the shenadigans I experienced over and over with the laguna niguel staff I am considering changing our service carrier for all of our phones. It was one thing after another. Bad energy combined with lack of service. They actually make their problems your problems by being extrememly rude and basically going out of their way to do everything but work. Conner in particularly was the worst. Do not go here!

One of the worst experiences ever Ive been a customer since 2002 I just spent a $1000 on a Note 7 Samsung. Try to switch my contacts at home but was unsuccessful . So I went in to the store to have them change my contacts they told me to download an app and do it myself one more time. And if I wanted them to do it there were gonna charge me $10 my son had a use the bathroom and there was no bathroom in sight.All the money that I have given these people cannot believe the customer service

I regret purchasing at this store and recommend buying online. Customer Service is horrible. Employees do not know how promotions work with Verizon and are just pushing equipment. When working with an employee for a promotion code, they spent close to an hour speaking to Verizon. This happens in the back room. When asking another employee for an update during the hour they disappeared for 10 minutes and came out with onion breath. This is not how you provide excellent customer service.

I always struggle with Verizon online to get the help I want but this store has been nothing but a 5-star experience for me. They seem quite busy on most days so you may have to wait a little bit but once someone gets to you, you dont feel like theyre pushing to get done with you or trying to sell you things you didnt ask for. I went in there a number of times to inquire about different plans, contract renewal, early upgrades... great experience every time.

Honestly I never write bad reviews because I work in retail and know how it can be, but without fail each time I visit here the staff is rude and just not very helpful. Tried to tell me I needed a lawyer to change the name on the account, then when I said Id just take my business elsewhere the guy conveniently remembered that I can just log in online to add myself as the primary account manager. Funny how that works.

Service is terrible, They are basically Sales man only store. So such technical support or repair benefit. The worst thing is Verizon do not care about customer, it is basically money making system, that has many new fees for renewal of contracts with upgrade and many more. They only have good signal for voice and network, but the worst service in customer, but best sales people

If you like getting different answers from different reps and surprises on your bill then deal with these guys. Verizon may have good coverage but they have too much business to really care. As a 15 year customer I can tell you their customer service has gone downhill and theyll say anything to keep you as a customer but fall far short of delivering on what they promise.
