This New Store in Montclair has excellent customer service. Paul greeted me at the door and took the time to make me feel really comfortable in the store. Thanks to Paul!!! I was able to easily switch my services from Sprint with no hassle. He also, transferred all my info from my old phones and put on all of my screen protectors perfectly! I usually have a hard time with those. I really encourage everyone to go here! Montclair will make you feel appreciated :)

Do not shop here or any AT&T STORE ! They are not trained on their promotions or policies to help the customer. The customer has to guess , by the time the customer is told correctly about the promotion its too late. They have you in a contract and you owe yours last provider lots of money which AT&T promised to get rid of.

The works there didnt even acknowledge us in the store we waited for about ten minutes before I decided to leave to a different store they have no customer service what so ever
