This is THE WORST experience I have EVER had with a phone service. I purchased 2 phones and a tablet back in March. 2 days later I turned everything in due to having lost my job. I recieved a bill 5 weeks later (early May) for 243.00 because the girl at the store did not disconnect the service properly. (She was really nice when we signed up, but quite the opposite when I turned it in). After countless calls and at least 8 to 10 hours of my time, I was told to make another trip to the store to get the charges reversed. I asked for the manager to assure that they were reversed properly, but was told she was too busy and would issue a credit. In leaving, I was also told that they would kindly reverse the early termination fees!! I guess I was supposed to thank them for that, but since i didnt owe them, i did not. I called again last week and was told that I still owed 184.00, for what I do not know. I spent 30 minutes on the phone Friday afternoon, and another 25 minutes this evening and was told that the lines were finally disconnected and a credit was issued. I certainly hope so, because i am running out of patience.....you think??? Bottom line is.....if you are willing to take a chance on Verizon(which I will NEVER do again)....make sure you will never have to disconnect......it just wont happen !!!! It has been 3 months and I am still wondering if this has been taken care of. This issue is completely the fault of the incompetent employees at the store! Good Luck

So my phone contract(s) end(s) in 2 weeks (4/11/15) Went into the store today to inquire about the "Edge" plan. Young girl behind the counter began to tell me that I would have to put $200 down for a Verizon"care" package that included all the necessities, car charger, wall, charger, case..etc, etc. I told her thats not what it states online....it just says that you will pay for your phone in a 24 monthly payments no contract or if you want contract you put the money down......taxes due up front on both plans. She said she had no idea what I was talking about but that if I wanted the Edge plan it was mandatory to cough up the $200 care plus the sales tax. Stubborn as all get out!! Even told me she knew nothing about pre-ordering the Samsung S6 April 1st.......that it wouldnt be out until later this year. Also told me that I absolutely had to wait till Aprill 11 to upgrade......ALL a contradiction to what the folks on Verizon online chat explained to me....worse then buying a car!

Kyle is great and very knowledgeable. He is 5 stars. Most everyone else Ive dealt with is severely lacking in the customer service aspect. I bought a new phone a little over a week ago. I got the accessory bundle that included a power bank type charger. It has the wrong connector for the phone. The Solutions Manager told me that they could just switch out the cable. A few minutes later one of the employees came over and told me that the power banks only coming with a cord to charge the power bank itself, not the phones. This is not true, but he insisted and told me that I need to buy a stand alone cord for the unit. Arguing with a customer that has 5 lines and averages 2 new phones a year about a cord that can be easily switched out doesnt sound like great business tactics.

The worst experience ever!!!! Was on Fathers Day! Went in to upgrade my wifes phone cause wanted to take advantage of Dads and Grads. we were 8 days out and were told by Customer service and salesman we could do it!! Went forward and was upgrading my phone and all and Mini Ipad. Then Multiple trips to the Manager (which was not a manager but other Salesman) at least 5 times and ends up we could not do it!!!! He lied!!! An hour half later we canceled everything!! Finally spoke to a manager and that is when we found out our sales man was never speaking to her. She did nothing!!!! Nothing at all. Worst experience ever!!!! Will NEVER go back. What a way to spend my Fathers Day!! Go to Brea or Target! Way better customer service!!!

Be careful with these sales reps. I had the same experience as Sarmiento. The Rep was deceiving and ensured me that I was not under a contract with the product that I purchased. I explicitly told him what I wanted and did not want. He assured me that I was signing exactly what I had requested. Later I discovered that he put me under a new contract for an item that he protrayed to be of no extra cost.

I have mixed feelings towards this store. For six years, I received great customer service at this very store until one day a very greedy CSR added a bunch of contracts to my purchase and acted like she was giving me a bunch of freebies. Thanks Verizon Wireless, you taught me the valuable lesson that I should not trust your CSRs when they tell me to "just sign here"

Called my order into the store. I was on hold for less than a minute. Dave Zapeda answered the call and got me set up with exactly what I asked for in less than 5 minutes. He made me feel like a VIP zillionaire. This store is lucky to have him!! Anyone who is helped by Dave will get REAL service.

I have seen a major improvement in the way this Verizon does business. They seem much more willing to help with basic needs and issues even if it is not commissionable. They have a knowledgeable reps. Especially Brandon Wright. Since the remodel the wait time has been much more manageable as well.

If you want expensive rates and a high bill for as little as a SIM card then you should go to Verizon. I understand that they have a lot of good qualities , but when you walk into a store and they asked outrageous prices for little things, then thats what makes me not want to be a customer

Simply MISERABLE...the dis-information stemming from this office makes me want to leave Verizon. Lead to believe detailed phone and text logs are backed up under online account for 18 months. Come to find out text only exist for 90 days. Lost innocent cell phone court ticket.

Bad customer service and a few of the associates are not sure of their guidelines. This store use to be really good, but over the last few years have declined badly. The only reason I stay with them is because of the coverage and over the phone customer service rocks!

These guys just want your money. These sales coordinators or sales engineers, whatever it is you want to call them, are constantly trying to push that next sale on to you because they operate off of commission. Quite frustrating to say the least

The Shoppes at Chino Hills, 13850 City Center Dr #5013, Chino Hills, CA 91709. Go to this Verizon instead. It is only 5 minutes away and not busy and full of people with no manners or experience.
