If only zero stars were an option...Stay far far away if you value your dignity or demand respect from those who are providing you a service. If you dont expect to be treated like youre being done a favor for customer service. If you believe the customer is always right. If you believe it is the customers place to ask the questions, not be subjected to a game of 20 questions that are frankly none of their business until the decision to initiate and complete the sale has occurred. If dont appreciate having your taste or choices questioned. If you dont like being blantantly lied to and refused to be shown or test a 7 year old vehicle worth less then $18,000 that has less power than the car you arrived in. If you like seeing vehicles listed online as for sale, discovering one is not there and told the other cant be sold or driven. If you feel that judging a book by its cover is ethically acceptable. I dont wear a three piece suit, I do not dressed like a rich man. I just happened to be passing by after doing some outdoor activities and decided to have a look at what these people had. You would think it would be pretty obvious that were financially well off individuals arriving in our nearly brand new, top of the line car that retails for nearly $50,000s. If you are simply curious about one of their newer products or one of their preowned units. They dont want you there bothering them, even if the place is nearly empty. These people have a shark like predatory attitude towards everyone that enters the premises. Dont be open with them about being a careful shopper, dont let them find out that you plan to buy after you have done your due diligence and explored as many options as you feel are necessary, for as long as you feel is nessary before you are going to buy. After that process if their product makes the cut, then and only then will you return and allow them to earn your business. If youre not interested in tolerating high pressure sales tactics, being ignored and abandoned unless you can be pushed into an immediate sale, if you are not an ignorant, impulsive consumer who will allow these people to take advantage of you, dont come here, they dont want your buisness. You are dead to these people, save your time and fuel. I realize aspects of this review likley apply to nearly 90% of car dealerships in existence. Doesnt mean Im not going to put here, if this helps one person then it was worth it. I learned A valuable lesson today, luckily in a free society we have choices and we have the right to cast votes with our dollars that determine what buisnesses will succeed and fail.

The buying experience was great I also had Angela as my salesperson but after that everything went down hill the car had some damage on the front end possibly from loading and unloading and they promised they would fix two weeks later my car was still not fixed the man they wanted to fix it even tried to get me to meet him at another dealership in Rockwall instead of the one Id purchased it at. Many phone calls later by myself and my father they finally have me bring it back to Stanley with promises that it should only take a few days and that they would give me a rental in the meantime when I arrived to pick up my rental they refused to give me one because I was not 21 at the time so me and my fiancé both had to be shuttled back by their driver and come back later with my grandmother to check out a car. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my car back for a scuff on the bumper that was supposed to take a few days and whenever I called to check on my vehicle the service department never answered and I would be given the run around by the secretary as of why they could not answer finally after 3 weeks my vehicle was returned to me in a filthy condition it looks like it had been sitting somewhere with cobwebs when I asked if they could at least clean it up real quick they said that their detail guy had quit short notice and this is the same answer I still get when I take my car to get its monthly tire pressure check that it supposed to come with a car wash according to the text I get from Stanley monthly. I am very disappointed in this dealership and for it making my first car buying experience such a horrible one I would really like to speak to the owner of this establishment because the managers have never once been helpful.

Stanley Chevrolet in Kaufman and their staff are top notch! My wife and I had the most pleasant sales experience that we have ever encountered, period!!!! We began looking at vehicles a couple of months ago with Heather until she became ill, we finally decided on which vehicle that we wanted to purchase and the sales was handled by Angela Moore. She was very courteous and a extremely nice person to deal with. Angela helped with every step of the process of a vehicle purchase in a very professional manner and it was all quick and easy. She went the extra distance in helping to set up the On-Star and also programmed my wifes phone to the bluetooth on the car. The gentleman that did the finance portion was top rate as well, he went over each document and made sure that I understood everything before signing. Thank you also to Sears for letting my wife and I test drive the vehicle that we wanted en though your dealership was actually closed at the time and you were still at work, you went above the call of duty to help us. Webster in the service/parts area was super to deal with as I wanted to get another key for our car and he made it so simple. Stanley Chevrolet should be very proud of the staff that you have on hand, everyone is first rate and very customer oriented. The Mrs. and I will not hesitate to use your dealership to purchase another vehicle. To bad that 5 stars is the top rating available here because your staff and dealership are a 10 star operation.

The most stressful part of owning my new truck was the thought of the potential out of pocket expense to service and maintaine my new truck. Yes I did receive 2 years of maintenance when I bought the truck but that doesnt help for the many years I will own it after the 2 year promo expires. This is when the name "Jay Herbert " becomes very important. I had my truck in for its last service as part of the 2 year promo and jay noticed I had anxiety around this issue. Jay happens to be the service manager and actually has a sense of humor and seemed like he enjoyed educating me on future services. Jay talked to me like a human being and treated me with the upmost respect, this seemed natural for him. To sum this up, jay helbert is the only person I call and talk to if and when I have any questions regarding my truck. He has gone way above and beyond as one night I showed up 15 min before closing after having just drove 45 min to bring my truck in for service. Instead of jay telling me to come back the next day when there is time to complete the service , he vanished for about 5 min and drove around the corner in a new demo truck. He said I could pick up my truck anytime the next day after 11am and this truck he drove around was my loaner. Service first! I dont know if this dealership will even read this review , I hope jay received the acknowledgement he deserves for being a real badass in customer service and overall being a great person! Thanks jay!
