The worst company ever, UAC is there financing company. I just left there so mad and so disrespected that for them to make comments like, "you choices to keep the car so thats your bad decision to come to us", and "if you dont have them money go donate plasma or go borrow money from your family or friends." I dont understand how a company is that rude, treat other people customers like crap. and only having this car for 4 months and only had one problem in paying. this company will harass you, friend and family, and if there are problems with the car itself, there is a warranty yes, but they have to approve, and then they will only use old parts for the warranty. I have told by BBB, and they are watching on how they treat there customers. I will never or send anyone to CarHop for anything, your better off going to craigslist for a car... but on the bright side, the people in store were trying to find a way to fix things and make it right. but that is the only positive thing I could say.

I went there with intentions of getting another vehicle. My husband is deployed to Korea and had filled the online application out almost a week prior to me coming to this location. I had called to verify SEVERAL times that the general POA would be fine, and I got the OK every time. I hired a babysitter and had someone drive me an hour out of my way to this car lot only to be turned down because my husband needed to be there in person to verify his identity. I asked how much e experience the car salesman had with military families and he stated he use to work for Kirby. The damn vacuum cleaners. There was no manager there and it took hours before one called me back to let me know that the only lender they go through (on the phone they tell you several) does not accept the legal binding documents. I would not recommend this place to anyone and luckily the people over at Laird Noller got me into a vehicle with little issues.

The Carhop buying experience was great. While the process was slow slow, the staff was super friendly and always willing to lend a hand. Ive had my car 14 months now and with no missed payments I only have 10 to go. The payments are steep and my interest rate is sky high. But with no credit or a down payment and to drive away in a decent car that has lasted strong with no issues has been a blessing. The issue with Carhop is not Carhop itself but instead UAC. Any time I had questions or concerns regarding my loan, or issues with a payment they have been very rude and disrespectful. Even going as far as to belittle my military service one time. HOWEVER, Carhops in-house UAC representatives are just as friendly and helpful as the Carhop staff. They will work had to help find solutions to any problem you may have. If you must deal with UAC, I urge you to call Carhop and talk to an in-house UAC rep.

Longest wait ever, had to resubmit paperwork multiple times, employees were unprofessional and wouldnt answer phones and employee even talked bad about customer in front of us, car choices were very limited and their salesperson was not familiar with any car on the lot. I could sell cars here in my sleep. They are not someone I will be recommending to others. If you feel like wasting time and have a lot of time on your side then go to Carhop, otherwise stay clear of this poor excuse of a second chance finance car company.

Well are overly pleased with our 3 experiences weve had with Mike & the Car-Hop Team. Yeah we heard ALOT of bad reviews about Car-Hop but they were willing to give us that chance we really needed and it was the best chance weve taking. If we have a problem/question (which has only been 3 time with in 5 years with 3 vehicles) they have always been right there for us and have solved any & all problems/questions for us WITHOUT any waitting time or problems. Thank You for all you have done for our family. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY SUV.

Great people, great cars. Got me fixed up in hurry! Mike Scott is the branch manager and Valerie was the sales woman that got me into my car and any issue Ive ever had, which were very very few, were handled promptly and professionally. You will not find a more honest and buyer friendly dealership anywhere and Ill put that to the Pepsi challenge. Great people, solid vehicles, reasonable prices. Cannot recommend them enough! Keep up the great work guys!

Amazing!!!...The staff are so friendly and made the whole scary process of buying a car an easy one!!..The manger Grieg at the Topeka car lot really did go out of his way to get me into the car i wanted...If i ever had any questions are concerns about the whole buying process and even after the purchase there has always been an open door policy...Its nice to know that there is a car lot out there that really cares about there people..

Sold me a lemon. Hard to get anything fixed. A lot of run around. Trying to get car repaired. Will not work with me. Had to get the AG involved the las time looks like I am going to have to get them involved again. Its said when you have a warranty and the still dont want to fix your car. Carhop is a rip off. I am letting the media Facebook and everybody else that I can Let know all about them. They are assholes

They are liars and this is what I had asked questions for before we drove all the way to topeka to get a car. Worst experience ever, I won be recommending them to any family. Shouldnt have to have a Co signer when u have money to put down or when they have a promotion that says they can get u in a car for 0$ down.
