Sold me a Jetta that had a flashing check engine light within two weeks. The tow truck driver had a smerk on his face when he pulled up. I asked why? He said "I have towed 4 cars with Royal Auto Sales plates with in-transits on them within the week". Needless to say I dumped the lemon, but not after putting $2000 into it to get it running again. Oh yea, and they lost the title to the vehicle also. I went back to the dealership to try to get some answers and I was told that the employee who lost the title was "let go". Funny, because the person I dealt with was the owners son. If you are in the market for a new/used car. Go with your gut and avoid this place. Dont learn the hard way like we did.

This place is a joke. Their prices are outrageous for cars that are 10 years or older. They dont do any work to the cars, then tell you that theyll help you out and they dont. Youd be better off walking everywhere because thats what youll end up doing when your newly bought used car breaks down. Go to an actual dealer!

Royal Auto Sales are easily one of the top 5 dealers in Omaha in my opinion, they get you in and out hassle free with easy financing and great customer service, I wouldnt recommend any other dealer ship in Omaha, this is absolutely a must see dealership if you are looking for a car!
