Listen to my experience if you dont want to purchase a vehicle and then in a year or to later have it be sitting in the HyVee parking lot and wont hurt and wont turn over If I could give a negative 5 star review on this place I would I purchased an Oldsmobile Bravada 1999 I had this vehicle for 3 months And then the vehicle needed the engine replaced I informed them about the problem and then they said they would replace it and just tack it on my bill so instead of standing by their vehicles they decided to charge me $1,000 and tacked on my bill. That is when I only started to become disappointed, 2 months later I take it back to the mechanic and they say it has a transmission issue Ive had this vehicle for about five or six months now I asked Sonny Gerber if they would take the vehicle back because Im not happy they said no because Ive had the vehicle for half of a year well now Ive managed to get my vehicle running by using a temporary fix for my transmission of Lucas and filling my oil and other needs all the time because of the leaks everywhere and driving around with a shaky suspension along with all the other problems my vehicles had now my vehicle is stuck in a HyVee parking lot I just paid the car off about 6 months ago I contacted Sonny Gerber to let them know that Im scrapping the vehicle and he started asking me what the issues were with it and if I wanted to go through them again. then when I start telling him whats going on with the vehicle the prick hangs up on me I guess what should I expect from trashy bussness owners that her convicts for cheap labor. Im my carrier the best marketing tool is a satisfied customer or client I guess Sunny Gerber didnt get that memo

You know...I thought they would be an ok place to go to and work with considering my credit isnt all that great. My mother has used this dealer several times. She bought a jeep from them and the thing wouldnt start. She goes to take it back and they didnt want her to at first and then they gave her a some what better one. Ok I just purchased a 2008 Pontiac G6 last Saturday and it was doing ok, but Lord when I say this dumb car did not want to turn over when I tried to start it unless I pushed the gas pedal first, Im looking like are you kidding me. Called them and took it back to look at it, and they ask.."what type of gas you out in it". So they said it was the gas. But one of the guys go and look at the car and I told them the check engine light is on. He reads what the code means and turns it off, and to my amazement the car actually started. He says if it does it again then bring it back and it might be the wiring. Fast forward the next day and the problem happens again off an on. Look I get people have to make a living but the least yall can do is actually listen to people when they are trying to explain things to you. They are so quick to sell a car its ridiculous. Im glad that they help low income/people that need a fresh start. But I WILL be taking this car back ASAP. I no longer want to or need to do business at this point.

If I could give this dealer 0 stars I would. They all have the worst attitudes. Red is extremely rude and so is the younger guy with the dark hair. The ladies behind the window are just as rude. DO NOT GO HERE! I recommend carhop. You get a hell of a lot more for your money and they are actually FRIENDLY people.

Worst cars in town. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this place. Ive gone through 2 vehicles with them and they have cost me too much money and time in trying to keep them running no matter how well Ive tried taking care of them. Need a car look elsewhere.

Didnt have the car a week before it started messing up, their cars are over proceed & thee find any reason to add extra fees on to your bill. & the people are very rude & arent knowledgeable about their own cars. They are willing to fix the vehicle if you take it back though.

Love this place hahaha. Staff is nice Ive gotten a few cars from them you have to know what your buying and ask lots of questions before handing over money. Also remember you always have 30 days to return a car for refund or exchange!
