THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SIGN 2 BUY HERE!!!■■■■THINK BEFORE YOU SIGN■■■■ Please do not be fooled into believing that they will turn your vehicle off NO, they will REPO it, especially if you are near the END OF YOUR LEASE. We missed ONE payment about a month ago but still have made every payment since. Last Thursday a towing company showed up at 4am and began towing our vehicle. I tried to talk the guy out of towing it bcuz he couldnt have been making more then $50 off of towing it since it was a payment of $249 that was missed. We offered to pay him his gas and $50, but he ended up taking it saying, "we could call and pay the next morning and have it back" well after calling the next morning the finance company said they needed 24 hours to process the paperwork. Two days later the finance company gave us a half a** answer stating we have to pay not only the missed payment but also a couple months in advance which totaled $1,499!! We are almost done with the lease which leads us to believe they only wanted the vehicle back, our money,(past payments) and to turn around and resell our vehicle!! Today 7 days later we finally could make the $1,500 payment. After calling the finance company to see whats next, they then informed us that we have to wait yet another almost week before they can schedule an appointment for us to be able to pick up our vehicle WHICH WEVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!■If you have another way to purchase an actual WORKING AND DECENT vehicle PLEASE PLEASE TRY TO■▪■These companies are is horrible and are ONLY OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY■with NO intentions of letting you finish the lease and keep the vehicle youve been paying years for.. We regret ever setting foot into Express Credit Auto or believing that they actually help good honest hardworking people and could help build our credit. We paid for the warranty that weve had to use at least twice already and paid over and over for because it has been one problem after another with our vehicle. The finance company is worse than you could ever imagine. Everyone makes mistakes but learning the lesson after dealing with this company will last us a lifetime. Never never again.■If you take any advice out of anything Ive said PLEASE think about what your signing up for with these two companies■(express credit auto & auto advantage finance)■ Their name says it all ^^^^ ADVANTAGE IS CORRECT, taking advantage of people and there pockets.. JUST AWFUL how we have been treated as customers.

Bad situations can often create bad decisions. This place is in no way a good decision. I had a lack of credit history and couldnt get approved through a large dealer (so I thought). I needed a more gas efficient vehicle for my commute to work and money wasnt really an issue, credit was. I came here and was helped by a salesman who him himself seemed displeased with his job. I shouldve taken that notice and went elsewhere. Before I get down to the nasty I will say that the car I got from ECA is a great car. In great condition and was in almost certified condition upon my purchase. That is all I can say nice about this place. The financing company is rude and in no way on your side. They make you literally come to the dealership just to get your remaining balance owed not to mention theres a form to fill out. Want to have a car for 6 months to a year and trade for something larger? Good luck. Making your regular payments, they wont allow you to trade until 2-3 years which is ironically the same amount of time for you to have payed the extra amount thrown onto the cars actual sale value. Im a human being and I made a mistake. I wont blame ECA entirely for my mistake but youd assume in good faith that even a car dealership wouldnt take this much advantage of a person, not to mention their finance company doesnt report to the credit bureaus either. Please look elsewhere, please. This company needs to be knocked down a peg and only loss of business will show them. We as a people coming together and showing places like these we dont need them, and that we are smarter than them. Trust me, there are options no matter how bad the credit. Credit unions are very kind (as an exampl). Most more credible dealerships with a $500 down payment can get you into a car, trust me. May karma rain down upon ECA, and may God bless those whove made the mistake in choosing them like I have.

The only thing i liked about it was getting a car 5 years ago with bad credit, all by myself. Today, after paying close to $12,000.00 towards my second vehicle with them, not including the extra $28 every 2 weeks i paid for their "collateral protection" which they claim is "better" than full coverage insurance, since i was recently in an accident and had to take my car in to get fixed on the "collateral protection" i hate Express Credit Auto. I took the vehicle in, they told me that it was repairable, they let me take the car off the lot. I called back a couple of days later and told them i would call back to schedule the repairs. No one said anything about it not being repairable. I was informed initially that no repairs would start until the $500 deductible was paid. So a week or so after that when i had the $500 for the deductible which is today, i took the car and the money, after making my $247 car payment first of course, and the car to Express Credit Auto only to find out that my car was not repairable, but a total loss and no one called to let me know. So instead of dropping my car off to get repaired, i dropped my car and all my money off to them for absolutely NOTHING sitting in my parking space outside my apartment. I do not have ONE good thing to say about this company! Not one! They took my money and my car and left me with NOTHING to show for thr $12,000.00 plus i have paid them over the last 2 years. Cannot stand this place!

**The salemen will force you to write a good review after buying, such a joke** I went to express credit auto in 2013 needing a car (I was 18) I choose them because I saw the commercials & they seemed good. They sold me a 2008 Ford Focus with 110,000 MILES ON IT for 13,000. extremely overpriced but I didnt know. my payments were about 500 a month, causing me a huge financial hardship. the car was maybe worth 5k. The salesmen said hed go outside to turn the car on for me so it d be ready when I came out.. I bought it sadly. 2 days later after purchasing the car I turned the key & it wouldnt start. I didnt think too much of it until it wouldnt start until cranking it 5xs. Until it wouldnt start at ALL. The two years of ownership I paid hundreds of dollars to fix it... the problem never went away. I refinanced to make payments easier. I finally had to sell it because it wasnt reliable.. I still owe 5grand on the piece of crap because trade in value was 3500. If youre desperate dont ever go here. its not worth it. because once youre in a better place itll haunt you that you got screwed by a salesmen. & I just want to point out I was always on time with payments.. They just sold me a crappy car. Stay away!!!!!
