I feel management is rude. Eco thrift can be decent however 2 x this year I have seen them raise prices on their items already priced. The first time I wanted to purchase a was melter and wax the wax melter was on the store floor but couldnt be found by employees so I asked for discount on original price of the wax alone because the burner was missing...... They say no it might be found. So the next morning I was there at 9 am to see if they found it. They didnt find it **but they completely raised the cost***of the wax alone to double the cost of the entire thing had both items been together. I say the burner was sold probably for the original cost then you fubbke the total cost for the wax alone. I need the manager. That manager didnt help. I call corprate they dont answer. 2-4 days later I get a call and they show NO CUSTOMER CARE They said I should have bought it for two item price when the burner was missing it would have been cheaper. No correction!!!! No help. I didnt go back for a while. But I did go again eventually and here we are today. This is the second time basically the same thing again. $6.98 shoes (blue) their code written clearly on bottom so I waited for the discount to come. The cashier remembers me I found it. It should be $3.50 today as blue is 5O% and ***NOW its $19.98 today ****with no discount sale the price is taken off and written in white. I spoke to manager she says oh ...I dont know... I cant do anything HAVE A NICE DAYYY in a loud patrinizing voice. I looked at her and said when you cheat on the prices it doesnt give me a nice day does it? 2x this has happen both times the cashiers knew it but they could do anything and the manager ends up doing nothing they are completely useless!!! You call in and you get the same nonresponsivness. You receive no help and NO CUSTIMER CARE. People shouldnt be ripped off at the ***Eco thrift near Florin Road Sacramento **** They changes prices to much higher prices when ever they feel like it. Some items are far overpriced in the first place I always shop by the discount color to have a affordable price....... then they reprice The 1 inch sling back shoes from $ 6.98 to almost 3x the price to which is a very high price of $ 19.98 and thats criminal. Could any retail store do that? NO!!!!!! Many of the less privaledged shop at thrift stores having less income but Eco Thrift raises prices and who makes them accountable to conduct business correctly. I didnt write a complaint the first time but I will every time they need one in the future. So with warning shop at your own risk

3 stars for some good deals, but when it comes to games and consoles, just forget it. They must be competing with ebay because their prices were insane. $99. Dollars for a game boy advance game in the box. Another one for $125. Im the box. Even ebay wasnt this much, and ebay is a rip off. A SEGA genesis "Untested " with no cords or controllers for $25. What???? Maybe $5 max. An atari 2600 with a few games for $150. Im, maybe $75. Would be more like it. Theres no way to contact corporate via email to ask what gives with these prices. Just a shame that eco thrift has forgotten what the word "thrift" means .

It has the best selection, prices, service, deals. I love love love eco if I was rich Id still shop here lol, I hear alot of people saying that they heard it was more pricy then the good wheel or salvation army. Its defentaly way cheaper. Ive recently went to a few goodwills and the things I was interested in were so over priced I got mad and left. That was 2 diff goodwills that day. I ended up going to eco. I will never shop another second hand store besides eco. But The only thing bad about eco is theres no furniture rarely they will have a few furniture items but not much. But overall favorite store!

Mens bathroom door was broken and large sign on both sides of doors stated "PLEASE CLOSE BEHIND YOU- DOOR BROKEN". An employee came in and started washing hands without regard to fact that door was wide open and ladies in line for changing rooms saw me standing at urinal. I asked him to PLEASE close the door.... He did nothing but continue to wash his hands. I asked him if he could read on way out and he said" yes i can read" as he walked out the door...again leaving wide open. I then yelled ...close the door and his reply was "YOU CLOSE THE F...ING DOOR" I really like eco-thrift... One rotten

I Absolutely LOVE Eco Thirft. The best selection at any second hand store in Sacramento. Quality, name brands, great prices. Seasonal and better clothing available. Everyday percentage of either 25%, 50%, or 75% off any three colors of all their colors of price tags, depending which day. Its amazing. The color could be seventy five percent at most and behind the counter newer stuff is included. Name brand purses for every single budget. Wonderful.

This is a through store with color coded items, for a week there are 3 colors that are 25%, 50%, and 75% off. If youre willing to search you can find the greatest things/deals or if youre creative enough you put different things together. Most stuff isnt that expensive so why not experiment? There are other things I got a mini George Foreman group and a waffle iron both under $5. Check it out, dishes are a great price too!

They have just about everything there. Clothes, shoes, jewelry, purses, hats, bras, sports equipment, books, movies, food, household products and so much more. Its a good place to donate as well. Many of the clothes I tried on looked brand new. Lots of brand name clothing. Only con is its hard to shop, since there are so many people buying things. But you save a ton of money shopping there! I will definitely be returning.

One of the nicer and largest thrift stores around. Lots of clothes, household goods, decor, sporting goods. Half the store is clothing. Large selection of kitchen goods. Smaller amount of electronics and home goods. Moderate amount of books. Pricing can be on the higher side if the color/date code isnt on discount. The discount colors change every Monday on a cycle going from 25% to 50% to 75% off.

I seem to find something every time I go. Huge selection! Prices are mostly really fair. The real bargains are to be found in their color-coded discounts. Look for the signs hanging from the ceilings telling you which color tags are marked down and how much. It is not uncommon for me to walk away with a pair of Levis and a couple of new shirts for less than 10 bucks.

It was a nice place and cheap, but now its rediculous how much they charge..today I asked why the mason jar of marbles was 50 dollars. Movies use to be 1-2 dollars but now cost more than walmart new movies..20 buck for used jeans is too much at a thrift store!!! I would suggest buying new at Walmart or target cuz this place is a financial predator..

Biggest thrift store I have ever been to. I love that they have weekly discounts and they code them by colors. Clothes are tagged with different colors according to the week they put them out and then the following week theyll put it at 25% off, then 50% the week after, and finally 75% off. Pretty good deals.
