Im not really sure where the 5 star ratings are coming from, I tried to donate some kitchen appliances and clothing but was told that I couldnt get a receipt and that there was no one on site to help. Then they took my donation and threw the box against the corner and Im pretty sure I heard the decanter of the coffee pot or the glass pitcher from the blender I had just given them break (maybe both). Truly a dismal experience. The only reason that I gave them two stars is because one of the sorters apologized for the behavior of the receiving clerk and assured me that he was simply having "a bad day". I hope he was telling the truth.
