If I could leave less stars I would. Davids jewelry in the back right was the worst experience I have ever seen or had in my life of dealing with retail. The woman Zoya is condescending, rude, and worst of all, spewing complete lies. My 94 year old grandmother had work done on her earrings, they charged her twice the quoted price, not allowing her out of it. When the work ended up breaking apart we went again, only to have a complex system put on that she couldnt do with her limited dexterity. Finally after a consultation with another jeweler we were encouraged to go back to have them "make it right." More lying, and refusal to do the listed work was one thing, but then Zoya yelled at my mother for daring to tell her what another jeweler said and promised to make it right. Fast forward another week and I bring them again for a final answer. The result was changing stories, no quote to price despite having the information in front of us, and the kicker was her yelling at me, claiming I have "no idea what Im talking about" and "youre too young to know anything" and telling me to stop speaking. We were done then. So lets recap. Theres a 94 year old ripped off, a grown woman yelled at, and me, who apparently is too young to have a say(Im not, although I appreciate my gray hairs being unnoticed). And the end result is wasted money and nothing fixed. Id rather pay the next jeweler out of my own pocket than give them one more cent. Stay away if you value not being screwed. I already left a message for the management, let see if they can help.

STAY AWAY! I got totally ripped off here at the stand right in front of the entrance. I ordered wedding bands and it was a disaster. First I was promised the rings in a week. The week went by and I never got a call about the status of my order. Finally I called to check that they were coming in on time and I was told, "No" and that it would be another week. When the rings did come in, one was the wrong size. The other was damaged. Both rings had the wrong finish, as well. We were told they would paint them to improve the patina. Oy! No thanks! So we demanded our deposit back and were refused this. So as I said, stay away! These people offer terrible service, have crappy merchandise and screw their customers.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Bought a setting for an engagement ring here. NY treasure box- second counter in the middle. We had the stone from my grandmothers ring so we just needed a setting to put it in. We found one there that I loved. Beautiful, original- Ive never seen one like that before- so we bought it. The guy seemed really nice and we were very happy with the purchase.. UNTIIL a week later when one of the stones fell out! ONE WEEK! Thankfully it was just one of the small stones on the side but what if that had been my grandmothers stone?! And then, no apology or anything when we brought it back! Clearly Terrible quality and service. Extremely disappointed !

The location is several businesses at the same location. I have had excellent service at the booth just to the right of the entrance. They were extremely helpful and I got exactly what I wanted. They even custom made one item so it would match the earrings I had bought for my wife. Great price too.

I have give to the jewelry exchange for over 15 years and always felt I got a good deal. It is really helpful to go around the holidays because there are many vendors that have different stuff. It cant be as bad as some of the reviews state when they have been there forever. I would give it try
