My experience was disappointing, not with the selection, but with the disrespectful service that I received. I was looking for a specific type of charm that they did not have so the manager recommended I look at the Pandora booklet that has every available charm, probably around 200 or more choices. I asked if I could look at the Pandora trays of charms rather than the booklet, and that is when the managers attitude changed, as though I was taking up so much time. I was the only customer in the store at this time other than a couple across the room being helped by the other manager Ken. The woman literally said "do you want me to show you all these trays, there is this stack (pointing to one case of jewelry) and this other stack (pointing to the selection of gold charms)". She told me that there were so many trays of jewelry that I should just look at the brochure. I stated I hoped to keep looking, they look so much better in person, i.e a tiara I found was not as shiny as I would have wanted. Although I remained calm, she actually argued with me about my request to see the jewelry, as though I was inconveniencing her. I indicated that I would just purchase one of the original charms I had initially found, but that I was surprised that as the only customer in the store, that she was unwilling to show me the trays of charms. She literally opens the case and takes a tray out and flashes it at me, then another, then another, saying "here, you want to see them all!" Again I stated that I would just purchase the one I had selected, but she continued to snipe at me. If there had been another jewelry store open, I would literally have never spent a cent with this woman. Very disappointing experience.

Love Michaels Jewelers! They made my engagement perfect, making the ring so I could show it off (even when it was .5 inches too big), they put a ring guard on it. Two days later brought it in to be sized, got it back within the week. It has not been cleaned in 8 months and still sparkles like it is new. The employees were very helpful and generous.

I went to Michaels for some repairs and found the staff incredibly helpful, friendly and very welcoming! Even though I was not there to purchase an item, I was not treated any differently. I observed others there at the same time and they were all being treated like VIPs no matter how big or small the purchase. Thank you!

The older woman here is arrogant and condescending. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the six other jewelry stores in Avon.
