Torrington CT one, STAFF WHO WORKED ON MONDAY DECEMBER 28th 2016, Were very unprofessional, VERY rude to myself and my mother. One of the girls actually took the phone from another workers hand and hung up on my mother and before hanging up told her to never call back! They Would not fix a bracelet nor assist in helping find the same one. But yet the other Micheals in another town bent over backyards to help us. TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was actually in this location making a purchace when the staff was obviously dealing with an unruly customer over the phone. As always, the staff at Michaels were very professional as they not only dealt with the unpleasant phone call, but assisting the patrons in the store. Ive had nothing but positve experiences at this Michaels location and will continue to do business there. Customer Service at its best!
