After the experience I had yesterday. I truly want to stop shopping at Kroger any location. I purchased KROGER brand prenatal vitamins at a Kroger about 15 miles away from home along with $160 worth of groceries. It just so happened I purchased my vitamins separately. I did loose my receipt as I shop at Kroger so often that I just through them away, I cant even remember the last time I needed to return anything. My local Kroger less than a mile away (hwy 85 Riverdale GA) refuse to give me an exchange because I did not have my receipt. I did not want a refund I simply wanted to exchange for the right Kroger Brand vitamins. Although the purchase was on my Kroger plus card and I tried to show it on my bank statement. An associate attempted to look up my purchase from my Kroger plus # but said she couldnt see the purchase because it was made at a different Kroger location. Literally the only reason I will still shop at any Kroger is for the gas points. As we have a large family and make at least $500 worth of purchases from Kroger each and every month. Which gives us .50 cents off for a fill up. I normally shop at the (hwy 85 Riverdale location so Im certain the associate could clearly see how much I normally spen over the course of a month). The moment Kroger has a Gas point competitor... Im out of there. To spend $500 a month anywhere and then refused a $9 exchange is beyond poor customer service.

This is my local Kroger so I go here if Im not up to standing in Wal-Mart lines and I love they have gas pumps but my last visit was bull.! The cashier Ashley almost made me curse her out it was late a little after 8:40 I would say and my husband and I both after working long hours went to get a few groceries as we are checking out not looking at the signs just seeing people in line we ended up at the 15 items or less check out after we have put all our items on the line Ashley goes to say for future reference look at the sign so I stated if its a problem let me know we can go to another line she said it wasnt but she huffed and puffed and had a nasty attidue even telling the man who came up behind me that she was suppose to be getting off at 9. Customer service means everything and if i cant get off work and go shopping without the cashier having an attitude then i have a problem I rather wait at walmart and get better customer service then go to Kroger and hear people complain about doing thier job.!

This Krogers in Riverdale, GA is on organized, unclean, floors are dirty and slippery in some areas. Customer Service area has ONE clerk at all times (12 to 8:00 pm) thus there is always a line of 6 or more disgruntled shoppers waiting, waiting. Clerks/cashiers never seem happy or greet customers as in other Krogers in the suburbs as in Peach Tree City, Dunwoody, Newnan and other majority Caucasians and Indians. In each Krogers located in an area populated Afro-American, Latinos, poor whites, Africans even Asians located in this part of the city, only because they own businesses in the surrounding areas. Now there is the matter of fresh meat section always carries an awful odor. Water dripping a metal basin below fridges located in the center of the aisle. Shame and obviously Krogers corporation simply offer these inner cities the lower, limited products and WHY? Therefore ur employees are slow at performing their jobs and with such ATTITUDES.

The store was well kept and clean with good selection of merchandise, but from the moment I walked in I was being targeted by security for no reason. I had a laptop and printer with me, which I had just fixed for a customer of mine. In order to return the items to my customer, I caught a ride with a friend from NORCROSS, and planned to call Uber from there since it was much closer. The security guard said I needed to leave the laptop and printer. I was hesitant but she said someone would watch my stuff, then she started following me and someone was going through my bag when I got back. Very messed up!

I normally drive 25 minutes to go another kroger but this one is closer. Always out of the things I need and to make matters worse the old lady in deli is very rude.She is always unhappy and anoying she needs to retire she moves slow purposely and always complaining. No one wants to hear it she is there to serve not irritate customers.Most of the time I ignore her rude comments but now Im just fed up with her behavior. So if you go to deli stay clear from Dorothy if you dont want to be annoyed.

Where do I start? Id rather drive to Fayetteville and shop at that location. This location is always understocked. The deli doesn’t follow basic food preparation guides that are company policy and management just doesnt care. The only area i can say is well stocked is the produce area. They need to greatly improve on this location and i dont mean by adding new signs. The lines are always long. Never seems clean when i go here and the carts and parking area is always a mess.

This Kroger in Riverdale GA was the most disgusting thing I have ever saw and the bathrooms had poop all over the floor and wall,the plunger was wrapped in toilet paper and poop there was pee all over the toilet seat,and trash,toilet paper, and feminine products all over the floor.I would never shop here or use the bathroom here. When I went I just had to use the bathroom but walking through the store I saw a couple of cockroaches.

I dont get my gas from here any more. I use to love getting my points so I can save on gas but after I was treated with disrespect by a lady name Daniel, I go to the Walmart gas station or QT. Most of my experience in the store is good. The lady at the self check out, with the over size wig has poor customer service in my opinion. If you reach out to corporate they act like they dont care but who am I, just a customer.

There were several packs of cooked ribs marked down. I got all they had. I couldnt WAIT to tear into some!! I opened 1 pack only to find hardly any meat on the bones & what meat there was was EXTREMELY burnt & hard!!! Had to go right back into the store for a refund!!! Several items on sale were out of stock so had to ask for rainchecks! Items in clearance area was still ridiculously over priced!

Been shopping here for years!friendly staff everyone knows you by name or @ least by face love using my fule points,food always fresh&the kroger brand food taste just as good as the name brand,the pharmacy is never A long wait time the only reason Im giving it 4stars is because of the customer service line (too slow)need more workers orher than that I love shopping here

I bought a sandwich from this location on 6/5/2017.This is what I found in it. I will never get another sandwich from here again. The manger I spoke to thought I was a lady who came early and found hair in her sandwich. This place is nasty and does not care for their customer food safe. They do not disserve this one star.
