A very good place for buying Indian groceries. It is probably the only of its kind, in terms of large Indian grocery store, in the Cincinnati area. The quality of vegetables is pretty good and they have some Mexican produce as well like Avocado and Chayote. There is a bulk Indian snacks section as well that sells Indian snacks by weight (LB), which is great. In addition, there are other regular sections like flours, spices, beans (mostly Mexican), frozen ready-to-eat, dry snacks, sweets, soft drinks etc. The staff is good and helpful. It is conveniently located near the I275 with close access to both I71 and I75. It has many Indian restaurants around, if you plan to have lunch/dinner before or after your groceries. There is a gas station as well as a Dunkin Donuts within the same complex.

The store itself is great but I went in there once without my indian husband and got weird looks from customers and staff alike. I had a question about something I was getting for my husbands birthday but of course the lady at checkout didnt speak much English so I bought it and figured it out later with my in laws. I get that theres a language barrier and thats fine but the way she just kinda looked at me and avoided eye contact and wasnt very warm or smiling or anything made it uncomfortable. Definitely never going back without the hubby again.

I always like the Patel Brothers shop when it was located on Reading road. I shopped there all the time and had a good experience. I have been to the new shop a few times and every time it has been an unpleasant experience. I keep giving them another chance and regret it. - I give them a one star. Their fresh vegetables are lame, pre-packaged sweets horrible and they never smile or make me feel welcome. There are many other great Indian Grocery stores in Cincinnati that make you feel welcome in this city to put up with the badittude.

Love the prices, be better if they had more big man clothes. Would rate higher if it werent for the fact that the front staff was horrible. They spent more time talking to each other than they did taking care of the line of customers they had. One girl even came off the register just to BS with another worker. Took forever getting out. Doubt Ill be going back to that location.

During a return, the cashier made a mistake and the manager is unwililng to accept it, even though there is usually a surveillance on the drawer. But the managers comments were, "there is not way to tell using the surveillance video" I even complained at the corporate office, but I havent recieved a response.

they dont care if you shop there or not. they have and sell stuff. However my first visit was not good one. Becareful if you want to use credit card or debit card. once you swipe..done! you can not ask them to cancel that swipe. They push you sign or leave stuff. It is bad!

Great produce and spices! There are some things you just cant find at a traditional supermarket and Patel Brothers has a great many of them; from fresh curry leaves to a selection of Cadbury chocolate to dill seeds for pickling. Stock up on rice and spices while youre here!

You get almost everything here , its good . However the prices are higher than other cities . Both Patel Brothers and Bombay Grocers are at the same price range. You can get most of the things in Jungle Jim Indian section at a lower price.

Good place for Indian grocery and almost everything is available but please do check the expiration date on everything. The prices are high compared to other cities. I find cheaper items in Jungle Jims Indian section.

This Store had employees that ring up items on twice and make mistakes on bill. Be care full in buying things and make sure you check your receipt twice
