Most disgusting grocery store I have ever been in. The bathrooms are revolting and there is a clear lack of management. I live in a nearby neighborhood and will drive out of way to go some where else. If this is the management that will be taking over for the new market place then I will not support it. From the parking lot to the inside it is disgusting. The entrance way is always dirty and the grocery carts are filled with trash. I always see the manager hanging out at the Starbucks inside and never addressing the issues. This past weekend I had to return three times in one day for a a broken carpet cleaner and saw the same spillage all over the floors. If anyone from this company is interested then respond and I will provide pictures and video. You should.be ashamed and embarrassed to expose patrons to this. If I could give zero stars I would. I dare anyone to walk in the restrooms and tell me Im lying.

It seems this Kroger never keeps products stocked. Youll go weeks without seeing a product you purchase weekly. Or something you purchase weekly, will be discontinued. The staff always seem to be in the dark about products and can never answer when a product will be in. Im hoping this will change with the new marketplace thats to be built soon. Update- the baggers need more training. Stopped here last night for a few things. There was gentleman in front of me check g out and the bagger put his 3 frozen dinners in the cart without putting them in a bag. No joke! The gentleman said something when he noticed it and the kid laughed it off while putting them in a bag stating how tired he was. When he bagged my groceries, he threw things in the bag and then tossed the bags into the cart on top of other bags. I was waiting for the cashier to say something to him but she didnt seem like she knew what day it was.

Recently this Kroger location seems to be having an increasing problem stocking common items, especially when they run sales. This week they were entirely out of coca cola (the cashier blamed the sale) and distilled water (4 empty shelves). In December they were entirely out of gallons of milk on two separate occasions. I understand an occasional item being out of stock, keeping low stock on obscure items or underestimating demand because of a sale, but it seems to be a trend. Its especially inconvenient when its items that are regular staples for many customers.

Was very convenient when my sister-in-law and her family lived in the Landings down the street. Wed watch the kids every now and then and would come here for any needed food items (such as if we ran out of pancakes for the kids). Its big, which sometimes makes it hard to find items...especially since wed only visit occasionally. I like Kroger in general, and this is actually one of the closer ones to our house (still 10-15 minutes away). I wish we had one of these closer to where we actually live. Its a nice one, and the Beckett Ridge area is quite vibrant.

We just moved here from Alpharetta, GA, and I was completely unimpressed by this store. The lighting is yellowish and makes the store seem dingy. Also, I could not get over the smell...Im hoping it was just a bad day. It smelled bad enough for my 3 yr old. to comment. I didnt stay long, but I did notice the poultry selection was limited, especially if you wanted Tyson chicken instead of Kroger brand. The store was very cluttered also. This store is very close to my home, but looks like Ill be making a drive to go grocery shopping.

Ive lived many places and this is one of the worst grocery stores I have shopped. Unfortunately, Kroger has a monopoly in Cincinnati. The seafood selection is minimal..especially if you go late in the day. Prices are high, even if you use their card. They have a bunch of low quality non-grocery items in the middle half of the store. Kroger should focus on their core (selling groceries), not selling a bunch of other junk.

This store has gone down hill. Sale items arent stocked so you need to get a rain check but now they have limited the amount to 10 items on rain check. Check out lines are long and the checkers are not friendly. The deli is always backed up, expect a long wait. Hopefully they will begin construction on the proposed marketplace store down the road soon.

It ok. Pretty much your standard older Kroger. The biggest negative to this place is that it gets absolutely mobbed. The biggest positive is its location. The good news is they are going to be replacing it with a new Marketplace version of Kroger about two tenths of a mile to the North on 747, as soon as they get that built.

Salad bar is wonderful and I would say it rivals many of the top competitors. Shopping here is typically easy to get in and out of the aisles, great selection of products, quick checkout, along with a u-scan self checkout machines. The staff have always been friendly and very willing to help out.

This is an older Kroger that is to be shortly replaced by a larger, new Marketplace model down the road. The staff here is friendly and theres a Starbucks in-store. It lacks some of the amenities of newer stores, but is a solid and reliable Kroger. Soon to be an abandoned building I suppose.

This Kroger has higher prices and things I need the shelf was empty. I had to go to Meijer to get what I needed. Plus the person that rang me out Talked to her friends after she rang them out for 4 minutes. When it was my turn she did not say a word to me at all! Why?

Very poor customer service. Lady who was in charge of Self Scan insisted I needed a PIN on my Mastercard, when I dont have a PIN for it. When i asked what i can do, she shrugged her shoulders and said "cant help you buddy." Didnt offer to help Whatsoever.

Good to stop in for a quick trip or normal weekly shopping bit they sometimes run out of items on sale. Generally I have no complaints about the quality of produce. Meat/ sea food counter is okay but we typically go elsewhere for these items.

Local store that is in BAD NEED of an upgrade and expansion. Even with all registers going, you still have to wait in long lines due to the store not being large or updated enough to handle the amount of people it services.

I went to Starbucks and no one there. She finally came back from ? and I ordered a frappes with no whipped topping .She totally ignored what I wanted and started putting the topping on

Very old design, reminded me or our Big Bear in the early eighties. Despite that there was everything you could want, an amazing wine selection, nice deli and bakery, and nice service.

This Kroger always seems rushed, crowded and never enough of the products Im shopping for. The employees are nice. The check outs are crammed way to close together.

Nice Kroger- not the latest & greatest but typically fast & friendly. Limited selection during peak shopping times, best selection Mondays after re-stock.
