bad communication with customer. i dont know the return policy for gaming CD i ask the guy work and women she said you have 90 days you can return the CD and get your money back so i bought CD1 after one week,i return it and i get another one CD2 , next day i came to the store i want to return CD2 because i dont like it , the lady in front desk said we cant accept that , told here i want talk with manager she said no you cant talk with here ,so i go to another guy and hi call the manager for me when she came she said you can just exchange it with different CD game. i said ok ,i go to the area gams i want to have another game the guy there said you have to get same CD2 .(..........) idont understand every body in this store have won police , i come back to manager shi said yes you have to tack same CD2 and we have to open it ,i told here the just you said that you can exchange it she said no ,she was not nice so i stop talk with here and i asked here to stop talk with me other manager was with us he is nice guy hi told me that it was mistake but we cant give you your money back so i left the store without the CD2 , i will not come back there or any target store , i have bout receipt with me i know how i can get my money .

I need a certain type of paper shredder that would work for my aging mother; it had to have a moveable basket as she cannot remove the heavy shredding machine. I fully explained this to the guy in electronics, asking also if he had anything like this for under $40. He said they had close to a dozen. When I arrived a couple of hours later, I found that they had some cheap, heavy ones for $25/$30 without the sliding basket I asked for. The only one that was close to what I needed was $75! When I explained to the cashier in electronics, (the one I spoke to was now gone) he said they never had anything like I described. I had a list of things to buy that would have totaled several hundreds of dollars, but I just walked out..Forget this Target this Christmas!

My alternative to Wal-Mart (even though you just cannot get through life without having to go to Wal-Mart at least once a month!) Service level is well above average, employees seem to like what they do and take pride in providing service; greatest thing is check-out! Often have seen them increase number of check-out lanes to accommodate customer flow... (Well above average, compares to a component of customer service that is very lacking in stores who claim "superior customer service.") Target got it right in my book! (Now if they could just get some of the prices down just a tad...?)

This is the worst place ever to spend your money, I bought an internet DSL for time Warner at this location. Then time warner told me it was not transmitting the right signal i called the manufacturer and i was told they cant help me it is up to target to return it. Manager his name was George and supervisor Andy I was just telling them about my issue till both got mad and want to fight, DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH TRAGET (WORST RETURN POLICY IN NATION). I will file a claim with Ohio general attorney and consumer affairs for BEING DISRESPECTFUL and not honest with people.

Target is one of those stores that people either love or hate. This location is consistent with most other Target stores. It is typically clean and organized and has an excellent Starbucks inside. If you want a department/grocery store that has every item you may possibly have on your shopping list, you may need to go somewhere else. However, if you have certain brands you use consistently and like having a huge selection of items from those specific brands; Target is the place for you. It typically has the newest items and varieties.

The store manager, Lisa I think it was? She went above and beyond for my fiance and I, who were shopping for baby monitors for our newest addition to our family. We were lost in the sea of monitors and she was very helpful, even looking in the clearance section for us and finding the exact monitor that exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend this Target and any Target for that matter!

Its a nice, well laid out friendly Target. The afternoons are a bit hectic, but you can get in and out at lunchtime pretty quickly. Later in the evenings during the week the place is almost deserted! And its a great time to get some shopping done. The employees are normally around, but every now and then you really have to track one down. But when you do, theyll gladly help you with a smile.

I would give this 4 stars but the manager told me to show up Sunday morning and that they would have NES classics for sale. They did not and he was completely wrong thus dragging me out of bed at 7am on a Sunday for nothing. The manager on duty Sunday was very nice and informative so kudos to him for helping to at least somewhat rectify the situation.

I rarely go to this store because Im not in the area much, but this seems to be more of a flagship store thats always well stocked and clean. The Starbucks helps - who doesnt want coffee while scanning the end caps for clearance bargains?? Check out lines are short, although the parking is a hassle because this store is always busy.

3 of the restroom stalls had feces or urine on them. I am pregnant and came to update my registry.. couldnt use the restroom and couldnt print my registry because the printer had errors. Long lines if I wanted to get assistance with the registry. I decided to just leave. I will go to Colerain from now on.. ridiculous!

Very nice man, a former teacher , was at the register ....he was very friendly and personable! All five stars are for his service. I found everything myself as there didnt seem to be any help on the floor. It takes much longer that way when you are unfamiliar with the store.

two cashiers and both lines 6-8 people deep. I just needed to get two things but had several large orders ahead of me. Maybe its time to invest in self-checkout or hire some more cashiers. I was on my lunch break and couldnt wait so I just put my stuff down and walked out.

The place is clean. It always looks like its crowded based on the parking lot, but its really not in-store. And there are many genres of products to choose from such as household appliances and cleaning tools. You could even do some light grocery shopping there.

its a target, selection sucks compared to Walmart, pricing is about the same if not worse. not my favorite place to visit. but if i dont want to deal with the Walmart crowed and get something close to home. ill pay that target tax from time to time...

Wasnt in here long, but had no problems at all. Service was nice, Target brands are always incredible, and even parking was a good layout. Although there wasnt anything extraordinary about this place, still a great grocery store!
