I went here to add a line with an Iphone 5 that I own. The sales representative named Khozaimah Zafar asked why I would want to add a line to an old phone when I can get a new one for free. I said I do not want to sign up for a two years contract. After I left, I noticed on the receipt that he gave me a two years contract! I called him up and inquired about it. He said that hed made a mistake and that hell fix it. (yea right!). I told him that I would check on my account with the Verizon store at Tyson Mall. An hour later, I arrived at Verizon at Tyson and a representative informed me that he did indeed gave me a two years contract that I didnt order and specified that I did not want. I was furious because the Verizon store at Verizon couldnt change the contract. I called Khozaimah and told him that hed wasted a lot of my time and he needed to cancel my contract right then. I stuck around the Verizon store and waited until he canceled the contract and phone line. I then added a line to my Iphone 5 at Tyson Verizon. To make the long story short, stay away from Verizon at 9625 Fairfax Blvd if you do not want to be conned into contracts you do not want. Update: 9-21-14. Today I received an early termination fee for the two years contract that I did not asked nor requested.

Ive been coming to this location since Ive resided at Circle Towers which is about 4 years. Ive been having to come in a lot more often within the recent months. I can confidently say this is the most accommodating Verizon location Ive ever been to. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Any problems Ive had with my plan or phone, they fixed it. Staff are awesome to talk to. Highly recommend.

Eiad is hands down the most helpful Verizon employee that I have ever dealt with. He is patient and very smart. Eiad will solve your problem and help explain what went wrong. I live in California and call this Verizon just so he can help me. Singlehandedly restored some of my faith back in Verizon. Could not recommend this place highly enough. I just talked my husband into upgrading his phone. Eiad explained the differences between models and helped him choose the new phone that was the best fit for him. He was very helpful with setting up the phone and checking on a government discount for us. We were very happy with the service at this new Verizon store. Well definitely use this store again.

Nasreen I walked into the store with a request of a new Motorola phone though none were in stock they called around and looked for one however none were available in the end they sold me the floor model at my request and made me very happy. They gave me the best customer service Ive ever had and possibly saved my job I would recommend this store to anyone.

My phone broke, so I needed a new one. I went to the store and got helped very quickly. Im used to having to wait a week whenever I get a new smart phone, but the manager called up a nearby store that had the phone I wanted and got it to me in a few hours. They also got me a great deal on it. All in all, I had a great experience here.

The store manger Nasreen Hooda was so tentative to my needs and able to accommodate my immediate request for wanting the most cost affective internet service. Helpful staff. Respectful. While he wasnt familiar with the possible solution I had found online to solve my reduced service (3G instead of 4G), we tried it and it worked! (replace the sim) It would have been free at a true Verizon store, but it was worth $30 to get it done! Iad was very helpful!

Nasreen was excellent, we had many problems but she not solved all of them AND saved us money! We took up over an hour of her time but she never got impatient. We had asked several others about our problems with our service but Nasreen was the only one who could solve everything for us!
