These folks lied to me in the store. I was not a Next Program member and they told me that it wasnt possible to buy a new phone without being on the Next Program. I just wanted to pay off the phone in store, but was told that they "dont do that anymore" that "everyone is on the Next Program". By doing this, they thereby masked the total cost of the phone that I was buying. Then I get my bill, conveniently two days after the return policy for the phone. The phone cost $700? How could that possibly be? Im thinking theres a mistake. So I call up AT&T and they tell me that what the people in the store said was inaccurate, that I could have paid off the phone right then and there in the store. If I had done that, I would have picked an entirely different phone given the price. And now, because Im 2 days over the return policy date I cant return the phone. I ate the cost, but Ill never go back here again.

something to understand.... retailer drive on commission if you go in here thats not profitable for them they dont help you out they actually mention to go see a AT&T core store... here is my story I called AT&T about a problem they told me to visit them. when I did one of the gentlemen mention to call AT&T cause they can address the issue, however when I called the store earlier that same day just to verify a lady answered the phone and told me that she can address me issue. so that lets me know they can do it he just didnt want to because it was not profitable for his own pocket. I will never visit there again. self centered person like this are not a good value for the business as whole. short term thinkers...

I was initially tendered by another customer rep but Jess ended up working with me. Shortly after, another customer (who she helped the previous day) came in. There was a mix-up between the said customer and the other reps. The reps thought the customer wanted to only work with Jess and therefore, Jess ended up working with both of us (going back and fourth). I saw everything unfold, so I knew what was going on. Jess was able to multitask and help us both. I dont even know if she got credit for the sale, since she didnt tender me but you couldnt tell the difference from the support she offered. Id highly recommend asking to work with Jess if you go to The Wireless Experience.
