We got new cell phones and changed the data plan we were on. When the first bill came with the new plan we found out that no changes were made to the plan. I also felt the manager was very pressuring, trying to get me to sign up for direct tv, home security system and "free" tablets. After telling him many times that I was not interested, he continued to pressure me into signing up for these services. We were at this store for 2 hours!! All we needed were 2 new cell phones and a slight change in our data plan. This is not an "AT&T" store, they are an authorized retailer...I highly recommend staying away from this "authorized retailer" unless you like high pressure sales tactics. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

The Mt. Airy store has always gone above and beyond to make sure my family and I were completely satisfied. The manager Ryan is always very friendly and makes you feel at home when in the store. Id highly recommend this location to anyone in the area!!
