This store is the absolute worst place to do business with of ANY Verizon stores bar none. A one star rating is too good and the reason is the total lack of customer communication. My daughter ordered an iPhone 5 the end of June. We could have gone to Apple and picked one up but the people at this store assured me that they would have one the next day which was a Tuesday. This did not happen and the explanation was that the order was placed outside a business day. Reasonable excuse but then came Wednesday and no phone. And, no call to inform me of the process. Now it is Thursday but we are out of town for the day. Come Friday, I call in the afternoon and the manager assures me that the phone must be in and he will find out the problem and call me right back. No call. Saturday we go into the store and are informed that the phone is in a warehouse and will be in Monday but this is the Fourth of July so the new date will be Tuesday. What was new about this promise was a tracking email that gave me the details of the order which turned out to be placed by the store on Saturday! So, the phone came in on Tuesday and she picked it up. It worked great for two weeks until the microphone developed some issues. We had no worries because the phone is under warranty EXCEPT that, since we bought it from a Verizon Clone Store, we had to return it to this hell pit. Dropped it off on Thursday with a promise to get a new one Saturday. What a fool I was to believe them. I called Monday with no luck. Again I got the manager who took my number and promised to find out the problem. No communication. Now it is Wednesday and I call again. Guess what? The phone came in yesterday AND he reports that he called my daughter to inform her BUT he says her voice mail was not set up so he did not leave a message. So, I called my daughter and left her a message which she got and went to pick up her phone. What a disaster. You are better off dealing with a kiosk than this place.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! First, this is NOT a "real" Verizon Wireless store, its a "Your Wireless" franchise, which means you likely will not get the cheapest prices being offered at a REAL VERIZON WIRELESS STORE and if there are problems, Verizon cannot assist with any issues. I purchased an Iphone 6s plus on March 24, 2017 and was charged $999, the next day I discovered it was actually $749 at the REAL VERIZON WIRELESS store. When I asked Your Wireless for a refund on March 25, 2017, they agreed to match the real Verizon price. However, when I paid for the phone in the store and financed $24, Your Wireless submitted a financing contract - THAT I NEVER SIGNED - that had me financing another $649. I spoke with Syed Saleem three times to fix it over a 2 month period, and it still has not been fixed. This is unbelievable. The real Verizon warned that if they dont resolve the matter to follow up with Verizon, they have not! VERY FRUSTRATING ... BEWARE!

Absolutely the best service Ive ever had at a Verizon store hands down! I walked in to browse after placing an order at the Japanese restaurant a couple doors down and got chatting with Rohan. He was telling me about the current promotions and then offered to check my plan. Not only was he able to lower my bill but keep the same data plan (6gb), but he also helped me get a great rate on two new phones for me and my wife. When I picked up the phones I worked with Sam and Jaz who were both knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Seriously it felt more like hanging out with friends than dealing with a Verizon store. I cant recommend this location enough. If you live anywhere near Derwood skip the other stores and go here instead, youll thank me later!

I just got my upgrade available and I just saw they opened up a Verizon store in the red mill shopping center, so I decided to come into the store and was very surprised how quick and professional the customer service was here. Lesly & Tito were helping me out and also showed me how I could save money on my bill, They were really professional and worked as a team. I was able to get a new phone and they also gave a discount on my accessories, so I was very happy. Overall the service here is excellent. I will definitely refer friends and family to come here!

Came in looking to get a new tablet for my son and was greeted by Shabaz. He was very informative about all the tablets and took the time and went through each tablet to find out which one would best suit my son. We decided on an LG because of all the features it had and the price was too good. Definitely the easiest Verizon store experience I had. Thanks Shabaz!

My experience at Verizon in Derwood was spectacular. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Super attentive. I came in for an upgrade and was helped immediately. Any questions I had were answered with up most respect. I was very pleased when leaving the store. I definitely recommend this store for anyone. They are very kind and great people persons.

Only had 1 female employee working at the time we came when the store open. She took forever to help one customer and we ended waiting for 1.5 hours to get a simple sim card to activate an old phone on our family line. There are not much selection of phones in the store to us to look at during the wait time. I suggest going to another location.
