Extremely BAD customer service. Its been like that for years but now its going from bad to worst. The store its fine as well as the merchandise but the people that works there starting from the manager is horrible. They were about to close and people on line while my husband and son were grabbing a sweater right close to the register when the manager started screaming to them and ordering in a bad mood and with bad actitud to go to the line. My husband told her that was very disrespectful and he even pointed to her that there was still more people in line. He feel so bad and he went to put the other items back. My son paid for his sweater becaise he needed. My husband asked Brenda the cashier who was that lady that was so disrespectful and he even asked for her name but Brenda didnt give him the name but she said thats the manager. The manager title is to big for that woman and she needs to learn how to treat people the right way.

I went looking for shorts today. I took anout 45 mins. The ladies restroom wa very clean. I found about 5 shorts, two bathing suits, 1 pair of jeans and a shirt. The shirt was to big, but luckily they had the smaller size. So, I ended up with 2 shorts and I shirt. I waited 5 mins cause the clerk was trying to help the lady in front of me. She did not purchase something from them on the receipt that she provided. The clerk did not lose her composure even though the customer kept telling her she had purchased it there. I like that. The manager came out to help. Bill under 35 dollars.

Wanted to buy a 6 pack of ankle socks for 7.99. Package was damaged and there was a pair missing. Asked the clerk what she can do. Manager told her all she can do was 10% off. So the clerk told me she can knock them down to 7.51, thats not even 10%. So they wanted to give me 40 cents off for a pack that was missing a pair of socks. I said seriously !! What a crock !! Not a pleasant visit.

Always find good deals and this store has a good selection from clothing to household items. Just wish the employees actually made eye contact with and said Hello when you pass them in an isle?? Sometimes the service is pretty poor

There sales are final thats ridiculous if you buy an item thats on sale or not we should be able to return it. Bealls is getting on my nerves. Its ridiculous. I hate their service they should fix this problem.....

Hands down the worst store ever. The staff is barely able to do their jobs. Slow as molasses trying to ring people up. The management is incompetent and uncaring. Go shop at Ross, youll thank me later.

This beals sucks. my mother and I went at 9pm, their doors were closed and didnt let us in. theyre supposed to close at 11pm not 9. I suggest you fix this asap
