I ordered my husband and I watches online for our anniversary, they shipped from the manufacture. I have two seperate tracking numbers. My tracking info show that both items took the same path and arrived on the same day, and yet they cant find my husbands watch. Tracking says it was delievered, the store says it wast. Went there today and the manager said she would have to look into it. I recieved a call back saying that for whatever reason it didnt ship at the same time as the other watch. So something hinky is going on. Because my shipping info clearly states it was delievere, again with its own tracking number. She said I should recieve the watch tomorrow or the next day. Sounds like someone stole and or lost my husbands watch and they are overnighting a new one, but thats just speculation on my part. The sales associate was very nice and helpful, but the manager seemed to be out right lying to me in my opinion. Ive had great service in thr past with this store, but then again Ive only bought items from them. Looks like Ill be goingg else where. All I wanted was the truth, and I feel like I got the run around.

Not going back to the Sephora located inside this JCPenny ever again. My husband and I spent half an hour here, there were two other customers (older ladies) and three sales associates. No one was helping any of the customers, and didnt even looked up at us to say welcome let alone ask if they could help us find anything. As we were leaving, two teenage girls walked in and they all suddenly perked up like animatronics being turned on, welcomed the girls, and walked up to them asking if they needed help or wanted to try samples. So basically, unless you look like you have mommy and daddys money, dont expect any customer service.

I have been to Rebecca at the JC Penney salon several times and love her work, particularly with color. The salon as a whole is welcoming and the last time I was there the manager gave me a discount on a hot brush that made the purchase very reasonable.

I got together a pile of clothes I wanted to buy and tried to call my spouse who was also in the store. There was no cell service. After trying to call 9 times I got disgusted and left the store without buying anything. Not going back there.

My parents and I were helped by the nicest associate I have ever met before! Her name was Alysia. She helped my parents and I with curtains and curtains rods, and answered our questions directly! Love you Alysia! ❤️
