Blake at this Discount Tire Store was AWESOME! My wife, along with her mom and aunt, were on Interstate 10 heading to Junction from the Houston area when they got a flat tire not far from Seguin, TX. While they were waiting for road assistance to come help them, I jumped onto Google Maps to find them the nearest Discount Tire Store that was still on their way to the Junction. I called the store to see if they were still going to be open until 6pm. I spoke with Blake, explained my wifes situation and let him know that she would be coming to the store in a couple of hours. When my wife got there, Blake was right on top of the situation. He had them in and out and on the road again in about an hour and a half, which was great given they were busy. My wife was so impressed with the service she received from Blake that she gave him a $10 bill as a thank you. Thank you to Blake and the Discount Tire Store team for helping my wife and family when I was not able to be there for them. I rarely ever write reviews and even more rarely write 5 star reviews, but Blake and team deserve it.

I will NEVER be back, to start off with the sold me a set of tires giving me the impression that I would receive a rebate, this was false. Bridgestone tire informed me that my tires were never open for a rebate. I was also charged for a tire pressure sensor rebuild, since the day they put my tires on the tire pressure light has been on. I did not think it was a big deal and figured they would handle it when I had the time to miss work to go back up there. This again was false I took time out of my day to head up there only for them to tell me the pressure sensors are not under any warranty and it will be close to $100 per tire to fix it. I paid more for my tires than I would have at other local shops thinking that if I had any issues Discount Tire would warranty their work, this is not true. In the future I will be buying my tires elsewhere and not referring anybody I know to Discount Tire, had they just taken care of the tire pressure sensor I would have more than likely been a lifetime customer.

You can enjoy dining next door at the Mexican restaurant while you wait. Be sure to enjoy some of the rosemary from outside for a delicious meal. By the time I finished eating breakfast, Discount Tire took care of me. They even through in an extra tire for the other one they thought needed replacing so I was not charged anything under my warranty. They had a hard time getting my spare hitched back up on my ML320 so I had to help them. I had to figure it out myself when I 1st changed tire.

I want to thank the service tech Bryce , at the new Braunfels discount tire. I had a flat dead tire. And I just came over praying that they would be able to fix it. Well I found out that it would cost me 25.00, well I just got a new job and I just dont have any money to give. He did a goddess sent thing. He gave it to me for free, just to make sure that I was able to get home safely. I dont know if they will see this praise but they are hearts that open

Just in the right location. We stopped by at Bucees for food coming from San Marcus and found out car got a flat. Right away I googled Discount tire with my iphone, and behold theres 1 mile south of us. With 30 mins remaining before store closes, car made it down there. We were one of few customers left inside when store finally closed for the night waiting for our cars to get fix. Then we continue our trip back to S.A. This store is our life saver.

Amazing service. I needed two tires on my RAM 1500. I called to schedule an appointment, and Tony answered. He quoted me and said they werent terribly busy and could get me, "in and out." I promptly did a u-turn and headed that way. As soon as I arrived, hadnt even set foot out of my truck, someone greeted me and took my keys, then truck in to a bay. Less than twenty minutes later I was on my way. Easy, fast, friendly and simple. Perfect job.

Ive never had a problem with this location. Half the time representatives met me before I even walked in the store. I rolled up one time in the rain and a rep met me at my car as I was waiting for it to stop raining. They aired up my tires outside in the rain while I waited in the car. Its good to know that my wife can roll up and get the same service. It does take a long time without an appointment.

Had a tire that went out and took it to get it looked at. Was told by the reps that I would need a new tire and had a cracked rim. According to them, the rim was unfixable and I would have to buy one for $118. I had a feeling in my gut that it didnt need rim, so I took it to my trusted mechanic and he said there was no need for a new rim, just a dent that could be fixed.

EXCEPTIONALLY friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and mechanics quickly diagnosed my tire problem, suggested various options of tires, and replaced my old tires. I couldnt believe they did all this in 20 minutes--my drive in to their garage took longer than installing new tires! I am a loyal customer now.

I went during a busy time, but that did not detract from their service. I was never rushed, ignored, or pushed a product on. I was quoted a finish time, amd they even finished 15 minutes early. From the moment I walked in, until I left, I had a great experience! I have never had that at a car/tire place.

These guys have the greatest customer service I have ever seen! And when my hubcaps went missing, they instantly offered to make it right by ordering a whole new set! They made good on their promise. These guys know their stuff and have integrity. Thats not something you find anymore today.

I am always impressed with this store. They are very courteous. And they prices are good. I have the tire warranty on all my vehicles and trailers. Well worth it. I have had to use the warranty twice. Each time full replacement fur under $30. What more can I say.

Weve shopped Discount Tire for years but this store manager is outstanding, fair and honest. Knowledgeable about his product and extremely helpful. Just got four new truck tires and wheels and well be back to this location when we need them for my car!

This discount tire is great, I called them because they had the Nitto 420 around the area and they had a 3 hour waiting time but they did the job in less than one hour because I drove one hour and twenty minutes form Austin to them..... Great service

I came in without an appointment on a Saturday with a nail in my tire. The staff were professional and courteous, and even though it took a while because they were so busy, they patched the leak for free and I was on my way. Great place!
