We bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer the end of Feb. 2016 and registered warranties on all three. The refrigerator failed. When we contacted Whirlpool for service under the one-year warranty, they said the unit was sold in 2013 and the warranty was expired. We explained we bought the unit 2/23/16 from AZ Wholesale and have the receipt . They told us to show the receipt to the serviceperson, which we did. Still Whirlpool records show the unit out of warranty and the serviceperson cant change that. We requested help from AZ Wholesale but we are still waiting. After reading an item in the AZ Republic, I thought these guys were reputable, but selling a 3-yr old refrigerator as new is fishy and not resolving this warranty issue ASAP is inexcusable. Shopping here definitely means taking your chances!

Great store! I worked with Victor and was amazed at his knowledge and patience. I was in search of a dishwasher and he took the time to show me all models and explain differences. Then when I could not remember we went through them again. Great store and with greater expertise and prices! Heading back today for refrigerator..............

Illegal and unlawfull business practices. Check their rating with BBB, currently an F and most likely will stay that way. They get their money first, and wont help the customer until after the BBB is involved, even then, its not what was promised.
