I purchased a Marvel wine refrigerator. The installers sent by Best Home Applianced damaged my water filtration system when removing an existing icemaker. In addition the drain began leaking when the icemaker pump was disconnected. I called my salesperson, Randy, immediately and he assured me he would take action. The Marvel wine refrigerator that was installed was defective and had to be repaired within 3 days of installation. It is now four days after installation Randy has not called back. When I called the store this evening Randy was not there and the two men I spoke with were both very uncooperative and very unprofessional. I asked for the name and the phone number of the store owner to no avail. Tomorrow I will call my lawyer. DO NOT SHOP AT BEST HOME APPLIANCE.

Went here on a fluke but if you are shopping for major appliances ask for Randy. I have been to all of the other appliance stores and you know how they operate. Randy is extremely knowledge and will recommend brands but in the end lets you decide whats right for you. I saved a bunch of money thanks to Randys recommendations and now I am getting all my dream kitchen appliances from Best. They have it all Sub Zero, Wolf, Bosch...dont go anywhere else!!!!
