I purchased a stack-able washer from this "company" or Bruno rather. I should have know as soon as the "delivery" truck pulled up and the driver was dragging his tie down and driving over it. The washer was not secured and was all dented up on the front lower panel. I called "Bruno" and told him, as well as sent him a photo with the obvious damage. He stated that you cant really see the bottom and it was just cosmetic. He offered to bring another front panel but wanted me to pay him 20$ for it. (I didnt damage it but I need to pay for it?) Or he would take $20 off and I have it like it was. Unfortunately I agreed. The driver could barely get the machine off the truck and was banging it all around. He finally got it hooked up and left. This washer literally fell apart and stopped working after 6 loads. I told Bruno I just wanted my money back and he said no. That this model is "known" for having problems and they are difficult to fix. I said I didnt want it or for him to "fix" it and asked him to come and get it. He convinced me to take another washer in its place. When that one was delivered I recognized it as one he was selling for 130 less on his site (which he conveniently FORGOT to mention) when I told him that he said he would send me a check for the difference -which as of today I still have not received. Did I mention this washer is considerably smaller and much, much older? Today this significantly older and smaller washer has started banging around and shaking violently. I sent him a video and he said it looks fine...the water level might be low. I dont know but it seems to me you test it before you sell it... I can tell Im just going to get more run around and probably another broken down "sort" fixed machine. Expensive lesson learned. This is not a reliable company...they clearly can patch up a machine so it appears to work for a minute but you will be riddled with repairs during your "30 day" guarantee and then after that well I guess you are just out of luck. They are on Offer Up as Appliance Outlet.

Gas Dryer quit working, they sent an appliance technician named Johnny, very fast efficient and organized, he met me on my lunch hour replaced the support wheels, the belt had all put back together, cleaned up and tested in less than 20min. The sweet thing about the whole deal is I did not miss any work, time is money. Thank you Johnny.

Needed a new washing machine and expected to spend at least $300 for a new one. Saw this place on Craigslist and decided to go in. Friendly people and warm atmosphere.. Walked out with a matching sets and they were delivered the next day. Highly recommend it.

I bought a refrigerator from Bruno and I am so happy with it. He came out and set it up with water to the ice maker. I was very satisfied with his service.
