I am not impressed. I bought one of their more expensive washers and let them take mine as well in exchange for a two year warranty. I have had problems with the washer since when I brought it home. It was amazing difficult to get a person on the phone to schedule a technician through them to fix the washer with my two year warranty. I got bounced around to multiple people and left messages, and no one called me back. I finally got in touch with someone,got a technician scheduled who had to come to my house because the washer is over 100 pounds. The guy fixed it, but its been still having problems for the last several months. One day it was leaking all over my floor and it always sounds like theres an earth quake in my house when its on. I have had to do the same song and dance with them never answering or calling me back. Once I finally spoke with someone they wont send a guy to my house anymore, so I either have to pay for it figure out how to get this ridiculously heavy thing back to their shop to use the warranty. I am extremely disappointed in their service and product and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Not worth the hassle. When we were in the store their "repair man" was talking our ear off with random facts about the washers and dryers that we werent even looking at. We were super rushed because they were closing so we bought a set. They werent careful loading them into the truck and basically dropped them in. On our first load of washing, our dryer didnt heat up. We dont actually own a truck so the thought of having to borrow a truck to haul it back down to the store then again to go pick it up 3-5 days later just isnt worth it. It was such a rip off and I would highly recommend going somewhere, anywhere, else for a washer and dryer.

Went to the salt lake store on state street, bought a washer, it didnt work after we got it home, the two owners there were extremely nice and helpful and very apologetic. They didnt have any inventory for us to look for a different washer, so they sent us over to the other salt lake store, over by the airport and both Rob and Russ were amazing, friendly, helpful and fun. Made the whole experience worth while. We definitely will be back and will recommend to others this store. Thanks for the great experience.

Do not buy anything from this store! I bought a washer and dryer from the Salt Lake location and within 2 weeks, they were both broken. I took them back to get repaired and they said they would be fixed in 3 days. I called them 3 days later to see if they were done and they didnt even know where my washer and dryer were. Their customer service is as bad as the products they sell. I got my washer and dryer back a week later and the dryer still didnt work. I would have had better luck buying at a garage sale.

Not only did we receive a great deal, but we were treated with a kindness that is unheard of these days. Russ took the time to speak with us about our child who is due in the coming months. He went out of his way to make sure we felt like family. Absolutely phenomenal. I generally do not enjoy speaking to someone who is trying to sell me something and it is out of the ordinary for me to write a review, but our experience was perfect. I would recommend Appliance Exchange to everyone.

I had a great experience here. I visited several other used appliance centers. They were extremely helpful here and, although they didnt have what I wanted on site, they procured it from their other store in Orem for me. I purchased a Fridgidaire refrigerator with a top freezer for my garage for $100.00 and it was delivered the same day. Delivery was a bit pricey but they were super nice and extremely careful. I have the fridge running and its running perfectly.

We had nothing but trouble with the dryer we bought. It never worked, even after they supposedly fixed it. Twice. The washer broke down after about 3 weeks and the repair man admitted they bought cheap parts. We had better luck with a set we got for free because someone had run out of an apartment lease arrangement and abandoned all their stuff. Both the abandoned washer and dryer have had no problems. Dont waste your money at Appliance Exchange.

Amazing deal on two refrigerators. Fridges were newer than we realized even with the special cheap prices. Better than buying off of KSL or Craigslist and come with a warranty! They even loaded onto my trailer. I had read a bad review before and was hesitant to go in but they were extremely friendly and helped me find the best unit to surprise my wife (she is still thanking me and loves it) and I got another for work. Thanks again Guys:-).

I bought a washer and dryer from that at a great price but then had some issues with them. Luckily they come with a warranty. They kept fixing it and bringing it back and it still wouldnt work. Finally they told me to just pick a nicer one. Although it was a bit of a hassle they took really good care of me and were extremely helpful and understanding. If you are going to risk buying used its nice to know that they stand by their word.

This was our first washer and dryer purchase. We went to the one by the airport and all of the staff and owners were super helpful. They even offered to honor a sale price on the combo that they had on it the week before. That alone saved us $100 and they mentioned the deal unsolicited. By far the best customer service Ive ever witnessed- going there felt like I was visiting friends and family! Never going anywhere else!

I really like this place for used appliances. I have bought several appliances from them - including a washer and dryer and refrigerator. All work great. I have been there several times and will continue to buy from them. The people are helpful and kind, the appliances are great, and they are nicely priced. Highly recommended.

What a rip off!!! We bought a washer/dryer pair, the washer flooded our basement as soon as we hooked it up. Piles of dirty laundry kept growing, so we invested in a new pair, returned the junk back to Appliance exchange, and 1.5 months later still havent had our $$ retuned. Stay away from this place!
