I went to Paradise Appliances to purchase a full kitchen set in August. The fridge was an open box item; the rest was going to come directly from Whirlpool. When I got the delivery on August 13 the fridge wasnt working, the stove is damaged, I never got my microwave and the dishwasher doesnt work on Heated Dry. The fridge was in the store and easily could have been tested before delivery. That is something you would think a business owner would do. Paradise received my appliances in their warehouse before delivery and should have inspected all appliances before delivery. You would think that a small business like Paradise Appliances would do that. Its not like they have customers lining up outside and are too busy to do that. When I advised Paradise Appliances that the fridge was not working on a Saturday Annemarie, the owner of the store told me to contact her on Sunday morning. When I contacted her on Sunday morning she told me the store is closed and to call the office on Monday. Some customer service!! First I was told that I will get a full refund for my fridge; then I was told that I will not be refunded the full amount. I advised the owner that the other pieces are also damaged. Annemarie refused to do anything about that and to this day I still do not have my refund from my fridge. I have asked for the other pieces to be serviced with no response to this day on that. I was told I have a warranty and if I have a problem I will have a service person within 24 hours. I can tell you it’s been longer than that and I am still waiting. The delivery companies scratched and damaged my walls and my sprinkler system in my house. When I told the owner about it she did not offer to fix it or compensate me for any damages. Please STAY AWAY!!!! Do not let yourself be fooled by low prices. Go anywhere else and ask for price matching and do your homework. If I would have done that I would have saved myself a lot of headache and I would have saved money. I have proof of all of this, I have pictures and documented text messages with owner. I never did a review before for any company, but I think I need to here. I got ripped off by this company. Please do not let yourselves be ripped off too.

These guys are totally spamming craigslist by placing thousands of unrelated keywords in their ads so their appliances show up whenever you search for anything on craigslist. What a shady organization that couldnt care less about clogging up a great free website, making it harder for everyone to find anything. I will never shop for an appliance at Paradise Appliances. Their blatant disregard for basic rules of a free website, shows what kind of service you can expect when you deal with such a business. UPDATE: So the owner responded about how unfair it is to complain without visiting his store... Just now I typed Paradise Appliance into craigslist and there are almost 4,000 ads. Thats not a problem. Its free for everyone to use, though I doubt craigslist appreciates a single user posting so many ads. The problem is there are UNRELATED KEYWORDS posted in his listings to clog up peoples searches. Looking for a vintage travel trailer? His ads pop up! Looking or a humidor? His ads pop up. Ridiculous! I am NOT a competitor, Im just sick of having to sift through all his spam to find the unrelated items Im looking for. In addition he posts in areas hes not located in. Another violation of craigslists terms and conditions. When you have no respect for the free service craigslist provides, you deserve no respect as a business person.

I feel compelled to point out how AWESOME Paradise Appliances in Gilbert is. After our over range microwave literally went up in flames this past Thursday, I called Paradise , the salesperson on the phone helped me in the store pointing out the models we discussed by phone. (Yes, when you call a real person answers.) When I went to the store, they showed me the models I was looking for based on the phone call. In five minutes I ordered it and the price was lower than the same one on the Sears Outlet website. They promised delivery this weekend, so I was only without a microwave for two days. There was no extra charge for expedited delivery. The stores delivery person called early last night to specify the delivery window today. He delivered it early in the time window specified. Within about 15 minutes installed it without a mess and took the old one and all of the packaging away at no extra charge. I used to buy appliances at Sears Outlet, but could never get this kind of customer assistance and there was ALWAYS a problem with delivery. In addition, Paradise Appliances prices are lower. I am now a Paradise Appliance customer for life!!

After searching high and low for a Washer dryer at Home Depot , Lowes etc we found Paradise Appliances online . We came to this store and were not pressured by sales people like other places .The girl at the desk was very knowledgeable and helped us find a great washing machine and dryer for a good price . We choose to have it delivered and delivery went without a hitch . We will keep this business in mind when we are looking for other appliances . Thanks for a nice shopping experience

My wife and I visited Paradise Appliances and was immediately met by salesperson Sarah. We are upgrading our vacation home with a new kitchen, and Sarah worked with us for about 5 hours, reviewing different models and makes of appliances. She was knowledgeable about all the models and she proved to be a tremendous help to us in selecting our appliances. The showroom there is beautiful, and we would recommend them to anyone shopping for appliances. Five stars from us

I was impressed by the clean and organized sales floor of this Appliance Store. Everything seemed to be in its place and tidy. A big turn off when shopping at other appliance stores now is how disorganized they can be. This location was nothing of the sort. It was obvious they take pride in their appearance. I like it. Annemarie was so sweet and helpful helping us find our new refrigerator . Overall, happy with this Appliance Store . Id come back.

My wife and I were looking for a new refrigerator for a house we are renting and did not want to spend a ton of money. I stumbled across Paradise Appliances on Facebook. I spoke with a nice gal on messenger and she told me to come in. We ended up finding a really nice French door refrigerator. My wife loves it. I am happy she is happy. I am waiting here for delivery now. Thank you guys for helping us find what we wanted.

Honestly- theres no reason to shop anywhere except Paradise appliances. We put in an entire professional kitchen. Overwhelming to say the least. WOW did Ann make it easy! she helped us make good decisions. she made recommendations and steered us in the right direction more than once. Oh- and she was there when we needed her after the sale. Fantastic service.

This store needs to stop posting SPAM ads on craigslist; its unprofessional and bad practice. They misuse a public platform to promote their store in a way that disrupts the craigslist community. They should hold their business to a higher standard and make posts that conform to the community guidelines.
